I would too, but I don't think that would make a difference. She's allowed to meet with her lawyer. I don't think anything was stated that they had to be working on the case the whole time. :shrug:

And, while she is a beautiful little girl who eminates the Light of the Lord is that what we are really so emotional about? I know Caylee. I held her as a baby. Held up to the Lord and asked Him to bless her when she was only days old. She crawled on our floor and bounced in her little blue chair with the yellow fishes, stars and other bright things while she waved her arms in joy. She sat at our family computer with my wife and laughed the way only an innocent can laugh at a silly animation my wife found online. And, when it was over her eyes said "MORE!" and my wife would continue to play it until it wore Caylee out. She has grown into a little girl with her own thoughts, ideas and emotions. To never know that again or hear that some how the evil of this world has possibly harmed her is HEARTBREAKING. But that's not the only reason we are so sad.

The only person to ever insinuate that Casey was paid for those photos is Mark Walsh (one of her attorneys earlier). He claimed that Casey was "one of the beautiful people" at the club (which came as a shock to the owners I'm sure).

No attorney is going to give the Anthony's any good advice, because they have only taken the clients to mooch off the "15 min. of fame". Some one in the healing buisness would have been a more honest approach (no pun intended). The Anthony's hurt, the country hurts, we have all adopted Caylee as our own. Someone who can step out above the frey needs to help. God, are you there? Please end this media circus, please quit making criminals famous, please. Caylee I have known you for as many days as you have been missing. I hope someone with dignity will step forward in your defense and put closure on this case . We are all in pain. My heart aches.

I doubt she cares. After all, she's got the ranting housewife Lifetime movie set as her target audience, and she impresses them enough apparently.

I remember when she tried to play the "Woman fights back" angle on Elizabeth Smart by asking her what it was liked to be forced to wear a burqa. Of course, that was just intentional as it was happening at the same time that the US was having serious struggles with Iraq and Afghanistan, and so I'm certain Grace found it "topical."

She does what she's paid to do. Get ratings and skirt the law. One day, she'll overstep and CNN will be forced to pay.. but until that day, I doubt they want her to change.

I never, ever watch NG for facts! I remember during the Laurean/Lauterbach case she kept screaming for nights, "HE HAD A THREE-DAY BARBECUE OVER HER DEAD BODY IN HIS YARD!!!!!" Well the fact of it was that Laurean had "bonfires" on three DIFFERENT occasions in that area. No barbecue. And certainly not for three days straight. It's REALLY disconcerting how she distorts things so bad. And she has so many die-hard fans. I always worry SO much about the possibility of her tainting a jury pool with some of the things she comes out with that are NOT true at all. But there are people out there who think she is almost god-like. :mad:

I never, ever watch NG for facts! I remember during the Laurean/Lauterbach case she kept screaming for nights, "HE HAD A THREE-DAY BARBECUE OVER HER DEAD BODY IN HIS YARD!!!!!" Well the fact of it was that Laurean had "bonfires" on three DIFFERENT occasions in that area. No barbecue. And certainly not for three days straight. It's REALLY disconcerting how she distorts things so bad. And she has so many die-hard fans. The only person to ever insinuate that Casey was paid for those photos is Mark Walsh (one of her attorneys earlier). He claimed that Casey was "one of the beautiful people" at the club (which came as a shock to the owners I'm sure).

No one has ever come forward and confirmed this.

No but she does have insight. As just reported the amts. of Chloraform are significant. Which would defy trace amts. in evidentary collection. I do recall her asking the expert cant remember his name and he did conceed that the amts. were beyond evidentary collection. he also did admit he had been contacted by the defense. IMO, CNN HN is a wonderful platform which attracts several experts in their field, IF they were asked the correct questions, allowed to answer fully without being interrupted -talked over - or their mics turned off. The almost daily twin update pictures might be better allocated to a missing person (getting little national coverage). Do the twins really change that much in one day?

well said. I'm the same way. I don't watch NG so I never know what's on her show. I used to watch it but it sensationalized too much and I think that detracts from some of the facts. I do read the transcripts on occasion to see what the guests on her show have said but I tend to skip over her words. IT can be your opinion, but the fact is, that's PRECISELY the demographic that is targeted by that show, and it's precisely the type of demographics that the marketers for that show tell advertisers are watching that show.

If you want to tell what a show is marketed for, watch the ads while the show's on, and you'll quickly discover who it's aimed at.

That show is aimed at middle aged women who lean liberal and slightly conservative, and who have feminist tendencies. Likewise, the Glenn Beck show was tilted towards conservative males from a generation younger.

I think Casey's an attractive young lady but she was/is also a Mother and it seems she either forgot that or it just didn't fit the lifestyle she wanted. It seems to me she wanted the life of your average college going young person but she couldn't have that, she had a child and when you're a parent it should always be kids first.
She could have found a way to be both a Mother and an occasional party goer, instead her actions led us to where we are now. A little life still missing and only Casey holds the answers.
So many people loved that child, so many of us hurt for her now, Casey let her child, her parents, everyone down and even now she just doesn't seem to care. I still hurt for the grandparents but at the same time their lies and now their money grubbing make it difficult to feel much else for them.

Aww..I am so happy you found him!! I can only imagine how sad your kids were !! My Dad bought me a cocker when i was just a little girl...i had him all my life..moved to the country and he ran away ...i searched for hours in the snow for him. He finally came draggin in bout dark (he was scared to death of the dark) lol!

I think you're right about that. That would go towards any expert witnesses they call as well. I think he's dreaming if he thinks he'll have ANY budget to do the type of testing he's referring to in his filings. Good luck dude! haha

Oh I think she told him early on. Remember HE was the one that approached the state's attorney about some sort of immunity and "accident" talk. IIRC, that was on 7/25. He NEVER requested the "use immunity", IMO that was their offer.
