A reminder? IMO, looking at their daughter's face everyday, walking pass Caylee's room, seeing the sandbox and playhouse in the back yard everyday is a reminder.

I don't have a problem with the Anthony's not keeping the toys sent. I have a problem with they threw them in the garbage.

Our ambulance/EMTS give stuffed animals to the children patients for being so brave.

How about a battered woman's shelter? The majority of their residents arrive with the clothes on their back. Has to be pretty scary for little ones. I am sure a stuffed animal would have brightened their little days.

Homeless shelter? Goodwill? Salvation Army? Charity auction? Nursing home? Hospice? Veterans hospital?

jmoITA, there were so many options other than throwing them out. IO don't know how they just sit around all day anyway...taking the time to wash and recycle them would be a task you would think a clean woman like indy would appreciate doing, just as something to keep her busy. Sitting around and waitig is hard under any circumstances.
She could send the cleaned tous out to use at the fundraisers as prizes for children participating in games and such too.
I hate wastefullness!

I only saw envelopes and those had the return addy removed. There are a few reasons I could see doing that.

Cindy is a nurse, George was in LE. Shredding documents to protect personal information should not be foreign to either of them. IMO

Why would they throw the cards away? What if one of them contain evidence of the kidnappers? Perhaps clues or taunts? I can't believe the garbage ONLY contained supportive mail -- I bet for every supportive card there is a hate letter.

The little short note was addressed to "Dad", looked like Casey's handwriting from the 400 page docs.

I noticed on Nancy Grace last night that Padilla is changing his tune on the status of Caylee, he threw in the word 'funeral', I wonder what evidence police have (besides whatever they've released to the media) to prove that Caylee is deceased. And I don't understand why N.G. featured the breaking news that a gun was found in the presence of the Anthonys, did she stop to think that it's most likely Casey's fathers? It doesn't suprised me one bit but I don't think a gun was used in Caylee's death, if she even is dead, but at this point, I don't know what to think. I just wish the police had more evidence to prove Casey harmed Caylee, because right now, whatever they got is not enough to charge Casey with murder. It's all about linkage in an investigation and so far, I don't think they have the major piece that they need to charge Casey with.

I think it would have more to do with chain of custody....who found it and what they could have done with it....if impartial is still on (she's an attorney), she can probably explain it better.The thought that she may have interferred with LE being able to obtain these things IS very disturbing to me...I can't see why they would not have been monitoring the garbage.
It has been done in many cases by LE. If they were just waiting around the corner and pulling them off the truck, she has ruined that now. I bet every note is shredded now, and possibly burnt as well.

Channel 9 is outside. They've been here for some time. I went through the trash bag and found several interesting thuings. Too bad I didn't take ALL of the trash. I was hoping for something of Caylee's to send to Tim.

Oh boy do they read blogs!! They even print stuff out! Found a baseball cap that's ripped up. Maybe that's why Casey had to buy a new one. People are sending lots of money. The envelopes are there with the return addresses cut off. All states are sending money to them. Found a pizza with fuzz on it!!!!! Maybe they were experimenting. (still smelled like pizza though!)

I did manage to find what looks like a child's wrist band or hair schrunchie. Will see if Tim wants it. Also, broken beer bottle, cigarette stubs, and a LOT of riggatonis. Oh wait, also a note left from George that said "Sweetheart," I left at so and so time for work. Will have to get it and scan it. Channel 9 is outside writing his story and it should be on 6 and 9, at noon.

I believe Clint House just because is a very believable person. Tony (friend of Clint and BF of Casey) may have more to do with this than we are being made aware. This is why I think this.

1. LE take Tony’s statement and he stated he had not seen Caylee since June 2nd at his apartment’s swimming pool.
2. Clint House stated to Greta that him and Tony had seen Caylee at Tony’s Apartment after June 9th (the first reported missing day by Cindy) and knew that was the wrong day because he had seen Caylee 2 or 3 times between June 9th and June 15th.
3. Warrant for Tony phone records
4. Tony’s responses to the police seemed like he was really nervous
5. Tony last week comes out and says that he has been to the Anthony house but never met the parents. He is trying to explain why his DNA is at the Anthony house. He never stated this in his original statement to the police.

6. Casey on the first jail house call was very interested in getting Tony’s phone number
7. Assuming every word out of Casey’s mouth is a lie, someone asked Casey if Tony had anything to do with Caylee’ disappearnce, and Casey stated that Tony has nothing to do with Caylee. So if this is a lie, it means that Tony has something to do with it
8. LE never released the jail house call to Tony her BF. She got the number on the first Jail House Call. Are they holding that call for the trial or using it to get Tony to give up some information.

How do we know Baez is not charging Casey? That's a lot of hours to put into a case and not get paid.I don't KNOW canada. I keep asking and keep getting told he is working ProBono, but no one has a link. I bet he will at least apply later to be paid as a public defender, it may not pay much but it is more than nothing and would at least put a dent in the physical expenses of the job.
But many here keep maintaining he is doing it for free.

please excuse errors...no edit choice. the one in "user CP" is only for profiles etc. I'm sure they have Court orders for places like Myspace and Facebook to track Casey on her existing accounts. That can be done no matter what computer she uses for access as it is the site doing it. If she is surfing and hooking up when she is supposedly working on her case it will be just one more thing to put gravy on the case against her. IMO, the prosecutor will just watch it happen and look forward to bringing into court what she chose to do in her time out of jail instead of searching for her child.

Nobody knows if he is getting paid or how. Channel 9 is outside. They've been here for some time. I went through the trash bag and found several interesting thuings. Too bad I didn't take ALL of the trash. I was hoping for something of Caylee's to send to Tim.

Oh boy do they read blogs!! They even print stuff out! Found a baseball cap that's ripped up. Maybe that's why Casey had to buy a new one. People are sending lots of money. The envelopes are there with the return addresses cut off. All states are sending money to them. Found a pizza with fuzz on it!!!!! Maybe they were experimenting. (still smelled like pizza though!)

I did manage to find what looks like a child's wrist band or hair schrunchie. Will see if Tim wants it. Also, broken beer bottle, cigarette stubs, and a LOT of riggatonis. Oh wait, also a note left from George that said "Sweetheart," I left at so and so time for work. Will have to get it and scan it. I really wish I had gotten the other bags. I don't know if their trash has been picked up yet. There were boxes and about 3 other bags. I have to wait until channel 9 leaves, because he wants to wash his hands.

I look like a goof today, because I was only going to the doctor's. I guess I should have gone over there when I had makup on and nice clothes! I look like a bag lady! LOL

No, they've been putting their trash out all along. Channel 2 just called me to find out what was in the bag. I told her that I couldn't understand why no one had been monitoring the trash. Channel 2 also said that Tim has things with Caylee's scent on it. I had been under the impression that Tim needed that and the Anthonys weren't cooperating.

The bag I picked up was heavy! Now they could have easily taken that poor child's body and thrown it in the trash. I just can't understand why no one has done this before.

I have to wait for the papers to dry out. They're not wet, but not completely dry. Then I can read them and scan them.

They did have their recycles stuff out there as well. A page or 2 back, I think there's a troll or one of the Anthonys. Don't want to say too much.

The cards that were thrown out were post cards, that haters sent. The other stuff was envelopes containing donations and cards, I would think. NO GREETING CARDS were in the trash. By that I mean, they didn't throw out any "good luck" cards or whatever. Maybe they were in the other bags.

I just called the sherrifs dept. and asked about the trash. He told me they don't pick up their trash and separate it. I offered to give him the trash I picked up and he laughed at me. Said no, they didn't want it.

I have a questions. does anyone know if Casey did purchase the Chloroform? You can certainly tell if someone purchased anything on the computer. All that was reported was that she did searches on chloroform the computer.

I don't know... She may not have used her name if she had been using someone elses credit card info. Maybe all these arrests on the money issues have less to do with wanting to pack on the charges, and more to do with establishing that she was using someone elses personal info. :shrug:

I think MythBusters did an episode with a decaying pig in a car. They had to total the car afterwards.


Back in 1984 my buddy (in his early twenties) bought his first home. He was real excited as it was nice & at a very good price.

I went with him to see it soon after he bought it, it was a pretty Spring day and all the windows were open, that is how the real estate lady had had them, still there was an faint smell.

A few weeks later helping out at his 'Open House' party' I smelled it again. Then about a month later during a visit with all the windows & doors closed & the AC on I smelt it stronger and though I didn't want to hurt his feelings... he was my Friend so I told him the truth that his house had something bad wrong with it with that smell.

Then he told me why he had gotten such a good deal on the house... someone had died in it and had not been found for awhile (can't remember how long now). Even with all new paint & carpet and sitting with windows & doors opened for months before he bought it that smell was still there.

About a year later he sold it saying he couldn't sleep in it with that smell anymore & nothing he tried could get rid of it either.

Thats why I sort of dislike some of the paths speculations here go down. Some posts are likely to provide ideas for the defense, I say they can get their own! Others may clue "them" in to what evidence they need to move or what looks suspicious...someone wanting to be a criminal today has a leg up on times gone by...it is like having their own research pool.

We stepped in and got temporary custody of 2 grandchildren, ages 2 and 1. It cost thousand of dollars. I don't think the Anthony's had the money to do it. It requires a lawyer at least here in Fl it does.

It is worth it. They had the money in Cindy's 401K to get Casey out of hot water, maybe instead of paying THAT, they should have let her get in trouble and use that money to get custody. Money is no excuse.
