It was stated that when Casey was being escorted in to her meeting with her Home Confinement Officer this morning, she and Lee gave each other High 5's once they thought they were out of view of the cameras.

Casey got her time extended till 6pm today so that she could go from the jail to her attorney's office. She has to be back by 6pm. She is also scheduled for everyday this week at her attorney's office from 10-4.

Perhaps her home confinement officer should make an unannouced visit to her lawyer's office and see just how much work is actually taking place. My guess is...it's just a place for her to hang out and get away from home.

She is not their only client. How could they afford to spend every day nearly all day working with her. Also, doesn't Baez ever have court appearances he needs to make?

I believe that Casey has convinced her family that it was a complete accident that killed Caylee and she freaked out.(None of this being true of course just more lies to get her parents to believe her and have synpathy for her to gain their support) They are convinced of the lies she has fed them about some freak accident and now that they know they can't or couldn't save Caylee. They want to ensure they don't lose Casey to life in prison or the death penalty. They have all decided to cover for her and do and say anything to make that happen.

Remember after the Pastor was at the house to pray with Casey and the family when she decided not to attend church? Cindy said "There is nothing we can do now"
Something about leaving it in God's hands etc?

I believe the family knows Caylee is dead and Casey has them all truly convined without a doubt that it was an accident. I believe as more factual information comes out that proves it was not an accident and that Casey murdered Caylee INTENTIONALLY. George being the type of person he is and his temperment and former experience with working in LE will "crack" and come clean about everything he believed and all that he knows. Just my opinion.

What I heard on Fox (and they didn't have the video of it at the time) was that Lee and 3 'family friends' (who knew?) escorted the princess to her appointment with the home confinement officer. When they got inside the building and over to the bank of elevators, where they apparently thought they were out of camera range, Lee and Casey high-fived each other.

That was how Fox News reported it a bit ago.

Yes I just saw it on FoxOrlando. They should be ashamed of themselves for that hi-fiving. What in the world are they congratulating each other about? Getting out of a car and walking into a building? Whoopeeee.

I just watched again and they are out hammering the safety tape in and they were in his driveway he didnt shove them off. To me the definition of shoving is pushing someone in a violent way. What he did was put up his arms and walk with them with his hands on them until they were off his property. they should be on the street everyone can still clearly see them so their point are still being made. If you ask me they harrassed them again just imo. I have said i teeter with the anthonys and I feel in this incident they did not do wrong
Patty, the first problem with that is that legally the whole parking strip area, including where the driveway crosses the parking strip, is public right of way. In most cities, including where the Anthony family lives, the public right of way extends to the far side of the sidewalk so that people who park at the curb and get out of their cars don't "trespass" on the adjacent propertyowner's property. The city regulates what types of structures and plants can be built/erected on the parking strip, because it continues to be an easement owned by the city although the adjacent landowners are required to maintain it. Bottom line: They were NOT on "his property."

The second problem with that is that if someone is trespassing on your property but not trying to break and enter into your house, you do NOT have the legal right to put your hands on them (aka "self help"). You have to call the police and have the police remove them.

The third problem from a public safety point of view (which I hear a lot about because my husband is a traffic engineer, an elected city official and currently Transportation Manager for Berkeley, CA where there are a lot of protests) is that it is preferable for protesters to gather on the sidewalk and parking strip as much as possible and for them NOT to be on the street. In addition to the usual hazard of the crowd shifting unexpectedly which causes people to get hit/feet run over by cars, if the street is blocked by people then emergency response vehicles may not be able to get through when needed. For example, an ambulance or a fire truck can't just ram their way through the crowd, and sometimes people who would like to get out of the way are trapped themselves by other people surrounding them.

Maybe she arranges for manicurists, hair stylists, tattoo artists, mobile massage therapists, etc. to meet her there? I remember how Heidi Fleiss used to arrange for her hair stylist to come to her house so that she could avoid being seen with *gasp* unstyled hair!. Casey's been using the computer a lot (so we hear) and may now have access to lots of people's credit card numbers. Remember that credit card / identity theft commercial that showed the victims of identity theft speaking with the voices of the thieves? I'm thinking kind of like that.

I keep reading posts about Tim Miller possibly finding the body and covering up the halt in the search blaming enviromental conditions so that LE can get in there...I keep hoping and praying it's true (sad to hope for a body) but some kind of closure and for this mother to pay for her negligence. Let's just say Caylee is alive and she's found- this mother doesn't even deserve her! After watching those videos - Caylee is a darling sweet little girl who didn't deserve any of this. This hits too close to home being a mother-- all this is IMO- I'm getting way too emotional. I can't even concentrate at work anymore. Tim said he was concerned about the water levels still being to high and was afraid the ATV's and horses may push her deeper in the mud making it even harder to find her. Once they come down he'll be back. At one point I was walking in about a foot of water, so I can understand his concern.

I know that in our system it is innocent until proven guilty, but really... It disgusts me so much that this woman (and i use that term loosely) is able to lounge around at home, watching tv, reading a book, possibly getting her nails done, etc... while her child is out there somewhere... Now she claims she is alive, but what pa rent or human being for that matter could be so relaxed and so calm about her child not being in her care? Go down to the bottom of the posts where you see the dark blue line and on the sides it says something about tags. Click anywhere in the middle of that line and then hit F5, that should take you to wherever you left off reading.

jbella's last post about Tim's concerns are correct. The reasons Tim Miller gave for TEMPORARILY SUSPENDING volunteer ground searches were due to legitimate concerns he voiced on Saturday evening and reiterated lastnight when he announced the decision.. He will be back and he promised that.

Speculating that something was found well. several people found several things but to my knowledge none are related to THIS case. IF they are then we will all soon be celebrating the fact that justice for Caylee s even closer.

I think; that they changed the date when they all three realized they had made a fatal error in their story; and timeline and twto I think she lied on those three 911 tapes.
