There is no definitive statement from LE regarding any test results.
Either it comes from an unnamed source or LE uses terms like “preliminary,” “suggests” or “indicates.” Which they follow by saying this is a missing person case and they are looking for a live Caylee.

I would too but I don't. The dogs alerted to the trunk of the vehicle and now we know why. I think the Body Farm team of scientist are some of the best and they also agree with the dogs that human decomposition is there.
I haven't smelled a meth lab or been anywhere near one that I am aware of but I have smelled sulfur and it is overwhelming.. like rotting eggs. The stench will make one nauseated imo. I don't know if that is used in making meth though.
BUT I have been unfortunate to smell two decomposing bodies in my life time. I cannot imagine anything that smells worse..not even an open septic tank...not even a meth lab. It is just unbelievably gross ....there are really no words to describe the smell of the rotting flesh, fluids seepage and breaking down of the body. Now the first body I smelled had been deceased about 4 days and the other had been deceased around 2 weeks. I can still smell that smell to this day when I recall those times.....it is unforgettable.

Failing to keep/ continue with safeguards indicates to me that no one anticipates Caylees return. Just another tiny slip of the psyche manifested in behavior if you ask me...IMO only though. I'm sure they could all use "busy work" to keep thier minds occupied if they are worrying about Caylee and finding her, getting her home. Continuing with yard care and childproofing areas of concern is one way that they could stay busy and be prepared.
I don't think they will bother though...television cameras and the internet are calling far louder than Caylees need for a safe play area at their home, and they know the efforts would be "...such a waste..." IMO.

NP,
I am hesitant to post the stages of decomposition; I did that once and got woofed at because..well.. it's not pleasant reading.
Suffice to say that if Caylee was deceased for over 72 hours the early stages of putrefaction would be setting in and fluids would be leaking from both body orifices and blisters that form on the skin.

Amazingly, IMO, everything human smells worse than animal. Diet plays a large part in it as well as disease. Someone who has had chemotherapy will smell different than someone with the same cancer that has not.
The dog evidence for me confirms that a dead body was in the yard as well as the trunk.
Now if it wasn't Caylee, as the Anthony's insist, wouldn't a normal person be beside themselves wanting to know who was dead and in their car?

The Grandparents should search PR,Texas,Mexico and elsewhere since they are sure she is still alive and with the kidnappers.

That isn't necessarily the case with all "kidnappings", and I've said from the onset that the word kidnapping is being played in a game of semantics in this case. [/*]
Doesn;t matter anyways, IMO she wasn't "kidnapped"..

I lived in Phoenix, home of meth makers par excellance!! The clean up crews charged $8K to clean a house used as a meth lab and that was in the late '90's. Hazmat suits, breathing apparatus etc. required.
It is highly toxic, particularly for children (who always seemed to be part and parcel of those busted), and I understand that the smell is unmistakable, although I can't say I know it.
There were several costly rental homes in my area that blew up from cooking it and lately, they have been doing it in out of the way no tell motels. [/*]
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I live in Southern Oregon. Lots of meth makers hanging out here as well. The police post a site where all known meth labs have been and those places cannot be rented or sold until ALL the
clean up has been done.

IMO, she acts the way she does because she is the cause of Caylee's disappearance.

You're having a flash back to another case where the child was found by a church. Too many trials.
If anyone knows if a church is close by, please post the link. Ain't a chance in heck Casey would take Caylee to a church and bury her. JMO. [/*]
I haven't really followed any other cases. I did find this church, with water and surrounded by woods less then a mile away from the Anthony home. Again, I'm sure it's nothing... I'm sure we all have dreams like this but I just can't get it out of my mind :( :

I just checked the cam too. It does look deserted. And scarey.

I would say BOTH the dogs and the chloroform evidence are compelling evidence that I don't question, IF ( BIG IF) they are being accurately portrayed in the media...Who knows who may have gotten facts wrong or exagerrated? I do "think" the leaks are accurate, and may even downplay/limit the solidity of the evidence to a degree just as they haven't all the facts either, but for now I'm just choosing to think it is accurate, and not totally convinced. It is not as if we are trying casey on this forum. We are only able to debate and theorize anyway.
I won't be able to say that I "know"what evidence I think is questionable, unless I actually see what LE has at hand . It is like the rumors that were substantiated or refuted by the 400 pages released...good for discussion here, maybe not enough to build a case on, maybe enough to be damning. Only time will tell IMO....but more likely reliable than not.

Yes we are waiting for the family to plead for Caylee's safe return-like any other family has done. To stare right into the camera to appeal for a safe return. Good Gawd even Susan Smith did it. This family just defies reason.

imoo [/*]I do think it very likely that there is a blanket or MAYBE a rug missing in connection with Caylee, probably something from her own room. Just based upon past cases and recurring criminal behavior, that would be a typical way to transport a deceased person. Wrapping a body will limit forensic trasfer, somewhat "disguise" what is being transported, and shield the bearer from looking right at the outcome of their deed.

They have been doing a multi year study on the
gases/compounds given off when a human body decomposes. The reason Dr. Bass and his colleague’s are doing this study is so they can distinguish the difference between the gases given off when a human body decomposes and those of an animal.
Research has confirmed that dead human bodies give off more than 400 compounds. The subjects have been place in a number of locations; on the ground, buried in both shallow and deep graves, as well as one place in the trunk of a car. Their hope is that by quantifying what gases/compounds are given off they can do two thing; train dogs better as well as develop a hand held device that will be able to do what currently only cadaver dogs are able to do. [/*]
Are you aware if the technical specifications were published for peer review? TIA

that's weird, cuz "from the onset" not even the police knew Caylee was missing. Only her so called mother knew she was missing.
