It appears to be a large doll or manequin dressed in a little girl's dressed. It seems to be propped up by a stand of some kind.
After leaving it standing on the sidewalk, the knock-kneed man picks up the doll in his arms. I think he is trying to rattle the Anthonys.

Agreed. I know people are angry...but these people need to go and help with the search. Voice your opinion...be angry but show your kids a different way other than bombarding someone's neighborhood. One of the neighbors who actually asked them to be quite...was punched by a protester last night. They have no business standing out there and destroying the neighborhood. But instead of helping with the search in whatever way that they can...they have seen it fit to stand in front of their home all day long just so that they can protest something they are angry about. I have often wondered what protesters do all day...those kids don't need to be out there for hours because some mom with a mullet and wedgie is outraged. [/*]
If you are under the age of 18 or been convicted of a felony, you cannot help with the search... maybe that's why they are protesting instead of helping search?

But this is a neighborhood. With other neighbors who have lives and nothing to do with Caylee or Casey. I don't think protesting will affect much of anything. Standing outside the home outraged with your children in tow to me doesn't affect much change. JMO.
I don't incidentally have to get "over" anything. I know very well about the First Amendment. They have the right to protest. Provided they follow the rules--staying silent. Doesn't mean I don't think that they are all likely uneducated, tacky and ridiculous. [/*]
Uneducated? Wow..now that was a judgement and a half. Just because someone does something you or others disagree with doesnt make them uneducated. That was a low blow, indeed.

I'm not asking anything. I was responding to a post that said "the neighborS heard THE fight on FATHER'S DAY"....the fact is (as far as I know, and I did A LOT of research on this), ONE neighbor who spoke to Mark Fuhrman, stated there was arguing on that weekend (no specific day). And it wasn't anything unusual, as there was always arguing coming from that house.
Yes, I heard it on 20/20 as well. But far as I'm concerned, they picked up the incorrect info and ran with it as well.

I agree with protesting. Heck, sometimes I am a one woman picket line at work. I think that a good old fashioned protest, while behaving like adults should probably be going on most every day there. But I just can't make the doll right in my heart:shrug: Of course my solution is probably just as barbaric to some, which is catch the POS heading to anywhere and wail the fried liver outta her, screaming where is that baby.....we all have opinions, or as House and I refer to them, opions...and we're all entitled to have them....those opions:D

I totally agree that the doll is horrible. But maybe the karma to that sort of thing is to be seen on a camera on the computer for thousands in your town to see. I know that I would have a couple of choice words if I saw someone I know doing something like that.
This may be one of those situations where we have to swallow the bad taste of others to ensure our overall rights.

The terms of Casey's bond require no guns in the house.
I assume he hid it in the wheel well to comply with not only the terms, but to ensure Casey couldn't get at it.
I imagine with all of the threats, he didn't want to give up his gun for his family's protection.
But perhaps he is safer without it ... with the shenanigans outside of his house, he's probably better off not having any weapons.

But these were Casey's restrictions, right?, not his. I'd have to wonder, since it was he and Cindy's home she was coming to, did he sign a waiver of some sort saying his home was in compliance. If he did, then yeah, I think he should get in trouble. Don't know if LE would arrest him for that though with everything else going on. He may have suddenly remembered it and asked Baez what to do and Baez may have told him it was best to let the LE know before they found out about it in another way.

I have to agree with what you have posted 100%, she Casey is not going to budge, one way or the other, and her parents are not helping matters either, they are just feeing into her way of thinking, how many other people have we heard of that go to jail get released, then go back, and get released again, and to boot go back to a roof over their head and have no means what so ever to support themselve's, and that is why this is such a shame!

She had her dead daughter in the trunk. She likely picked Caylee up after she had been decomposing...nothing will rattle this girl. Nothing. She won't give up. She doesn't want to go to jail or face the death penalty. She will pin her hopes on a jury and reasonable doubt. LE needs to understand that as well. Casey is not rattled by anything. [/*]
She supposedly used the shovel for something, was it to bury Caylee or Unbury her? Either way without the neighbors shovel how did she do this?

I wonder how many protesters would appear if this tragic case wasn't high profile?
What are they protesting anyway? They want justice for Caylee but they are impeding the process with their mob mentality, not to mention interfering with the normal flow of the lives of the innocent neighbors.

That young girl out there really bothers me. If for no other reason why would you let your child be broadcast over a webcam. You have no idea who is watching it and with what intent. Terribly irresponsible. Remember the 12 year old that Casey corresponded with and supposedly was upset when they were looking for a body? I think that one was all about money but still, children should be children, not immersed in a grisly and disturbing child killing case. I think it's bizarre. jmo

I do think it is not a smart thing to have a gun anywhere around the Anthony house at all. The atmosphere is just too emotionally charged at this point.
I also respect the fact that George at least realized that the gun shouldnt have been in the house and he tried to hide it somewhere outside the house.
For all we know he could have been sitting around, watching tv, and thought 'crap, I forgot my gun is in the house' and went and stuck it in the car with intentions of getting it further away in the morning.
Agreed that George has handled the protestors better than I would have.

We need to get someone to talk to casey and get her to see she needs to talk and tell what she knows. If someone has caylee then she needs to be up front with what ever she knows about those people. I know her lawyer will not let her talk to anyone. If it was my baby I would talk and tell what I knew and what I could help find my baby. not matter what my lawyer sayes. Cindy right now is p.o.'d at the world. She's not thinking/doing ANYTHING rationally. I don't read any more into her actions than that. She's really mad at Tim; so therefore she's taking out that anger by not handing over an item of Caylee's clothing or whatever. Is it right? NO. It was reported there was dirt in the trunk. Which fits in with the decomp yard, unbury, placement of body in the trunk.
I'm wondering if Casey didn't use a shovel from her own yard the first time around. OR, since she's a thief, steal one that was just laying in someone elses yard. She then ditched it, somewhere.
Upon deciding she had to move the body, no shovel around, like a moron, go borrow one from the neighbor, and then return it.
I don't know. We have never been told the results of any forensics on the borrowed shovel, have we?

Not for one second do I believe that George was not fully aware of the presence of that gun.
These people are always hiding something. Why is that?

Thanks for posting the link. Thus far, I've only viewed photo #1 and photo #2 and I can see the outline of what appears to be a handgun in that brown paper bag.

I think they will end up moving her to somewhere there is no media cam- would not be surprised if it was the middle of the night- I don't know if that would have to be represented to the judge and public record of where she is going. jmo

Thanks. Some try to get a rise, and when the argument gets lost on them they pout and stammer by calling names.
I believe in the right to protest. Even with kids from a constitutional standpoint. The lost subject is that I disagree and frown upon involving children.
The folks in the neighborhood did not create the spectacle, they did not ask for it, and a good parent would protect their child from what they have no control over that might harm them. That is my opinion but perhaps I am a unique parent that thinks kids should be worried about who can run the fastest, or what toy is fun at the time, or what is for dinner rather than worry about the monster down the block. I just obviously have a different outlook on raising children then some people posting. It is out of their control, this charade - but they do have control over their children.
I believe the Anthonys' are at fault. Period. End of story. The dearth of information, explanation, and ironic hypocrisy from this family is staggering.

But does it mean she KNOWS exactly what happened to Caylee? NO. [/*]
I completely and totally disagree............................. What person in their rational mind would take it to THIS DEGREE??? Refuse to turn over info that may help find their precious granddaughter is not rational by any means. Nor is anger to this degree! And mad at Tim for what? She called him there, herself! Tim has continually said that they are searching for a live Caylee but that in ALL the searches he has done, he has never seen a family ACT like this and that he, HIMSELF, believes Caylee is not going to be found alive. That is his right to express his OWN BELIEFS.
It hasn't stopped he and his team of dedicated searchers from looking, now has it!!!! I have yet to see the Anthony's do a single thing to help in this effort!!!

"suddenly" remembered his gun, then he is brain damaged IMO. I am telling you, he HAS to have some responsibility for no weapons on his property if he is agreeing that Casey can be there on home detention. Thats not CASEYS house, its her parents. If the parents had said she couldn't stay there, she wouldnt have been allowed to. Anyone who "suddenly" remembers (and I am sure it has come up waaaay before this) his gun is in the wheelwell of his car, well, an anvil fell on his head recently or something.
I know where every gun in my house is. If my daughter was going to be doing home detention here, I would not "forget" I had a gun in the house. Especially someone ex LE.
ok I am done. sorry but it just sticks in my craw.

Anyone who forgets that they own a gun or where they left their gun really should not have a gun.

Fight or flight ... is a survival reaction to a circumstance, not borne out of mental evaluation, but borne out of instinct.
When those punks set up camp on the lawn as if they were going to a movie, it sickened me. He asked them to remove their chairs, table and umbrella ... they wouldn't, so he did.
The man can't even walk outside his front door. Like Dragon said, anyone who criticizes the Anthony's behavior should try being watched 24/7, screamed at when you walk out your front door, vilified for going to the media about their granddaughter missing ... which is exactly the advice given to all those who have children missing, keep it in the media.
And to top it off, they are vilified for having hope that Caylee is alive ... they are called horrible names for refusing adopt a stranger's opinion that their granddaughter is dead.
I would never give up hope if my child/grandchild were missing until and unless they brought her or his body to me.

not that I wanna defend ANY of them
but the wording of the probation agreement could be key in determining if George violated the agreement.
It could say that no guns are allowed on the premises at all. Or it could say not in "common areas".
I have a guy working for me and another who I work with, who are both probation officers. They tell me that the garage is considered a common area but that weapons can be kept there as long as they are not in view of the probationer or probation officer when he comes to check the house. IOW they must be hidden.
GA and CAs bedroom is not a common area and they can keep weapons and liquor there w/o being in violation of the agreement.

I live in redneck country. I see George as thinking he had better be able to protect his family. Yes, they are hiding the real story of what happened to Caylee but darnit, I listen to George and I just don't think he has grasped the full story. I think he pretty well ignored the dynamics (which casue more dynamics) and has little clue to the truth.
Strictly IMO, glad for the discussion!

Why isn't Cindy providing a scent for them? She SAYS she wants Tim to search for a LIVE Caylee. How is he supposed to do that with her obstructing the way?
