That has to be the RUDEST thing I have ever heard of. And IMO if they thought Caylee was alive..WHY would they throw out these precious gifts. IMO they knew she was never coming home ...
Wasn't it Cindy who said she would walk every square inch of the earth to look for Caylee? I am half-tempted to send her some tennis shoes so she can hit the ground running. JMO

Cindy, IMO, is possesive of Caylee and thinks of her as her own. Thats why I'm amazed that she chooses to protect Casey and not find out the truth about what happened to Caylee. [/*]
"their gonna pin this on me"
It seems to me that I have heard other (guilty) perps. say much the same thing...there aren't any "guilty" people in jail, just ask them.

I think LE may be or should be doing the following:
1. Check all phone pings following the 911 calls for George, Lee, and Cindy for the few days following.
2. Search and cadaver dog all the vehicles.
3. Follow them all when they leave the house but with GPS monitoring
4. Tap the phones and computers

It's bad enough Casey was out partying, getting tattoos, playing house with Tone, stealing money,cc and checks while Caylee was missing. But then you have the GP's making money off of those videos and bailing her out.
Why didn't they take every bit of that money and hire PI's all over the country if they think LE is not doing a good job? Why didn't ALL of that money go to finding Caylee? Even if they hire PI's now it will still look bad to me because they got Casey out first.
Makes me sick to my stomach that they sold Caylee out and for Casey of all things. :cuss: jmo

Speaking of that, folks watching the camera last night are wondering why did Casey and Lee get in the car last night for 10-15 minutes right in the driveway. Casey got out and went back in the house and then Lee took off?
House bugged?
Need to question Lee again. He needs to be followed if not being already. Did she go to the car, and if she did were they planning on moving the remains?
Not sure if it was her or not for sure - just people saying it was (wearing the short shorts of course) and if it was I doubt it breaks the bond issue. She can be in the driveway I imagine.

TY Regina - I'm not surprised about the lack of communication between the Anthonys and their new lawyer. He'll wonder soon what he got himself into.
I was wondering if perhaps George removed the body from the backyard - but what about Casey's car backed in the garage?
Perhaps - she brought Caylee home after she died elsewhere and buried her. Then when GA found out he helped remove her?

i keep hearing these reporters allude to the reason no arrest has been made is because there is not enough evidence.
first of all, i don't believe that to be the case, i believe they are very well aware that caylee is dead and that they have more than enough evidence to prove that.
but what i'm starting to question is do that have enough to show at whose hands she died.
it's apparent casey is a big liar...
but it's also pretty apparent to me that the grandparents are less than honest themselves.
i brought up this theory last night...
not necessarily what i believe, well not really sure what to believe anymore...
but anyway
what if the 'fight' of the15th that neighbors reported, wasn't actually a 'fight' in the sense that we're thinking of...
what if that is when whatever happened, happened...
are we sure at whose hands, under whose care
but then the ''30 script'' took course and the cover up began...
is that what le is lacking...
not the evidence that she's dead, but the evidence of exactly who did it and who helped after the fact...

I agree, the laptop is actually Cindy's... She stated as much, although Casey had use of it. I'll bet not only was chloroform searched on that laptop, I'll bet it was purchased and paid for by a credit card in Cindy's name. Hence the hiring of a criminal defense attorney.
Also, the very fact that they are determined to keep the father of Caylee a secret is very suspect. Casey was a thief, always looking for free buck, no way, no how did she just opt to not go after the father of her baby for child support. If in fact he was indeed dead, Caylee would qualify to receive SS benefits. There is a very good reason that the father of Caylee has remained taboo, it is someone they don't want the public to know about, or Casey was such a tramp, even back in 2004, that she doesn't know who the father is. I can't decide which one I lean towards more.

actually i am thinking that it will be very easy to get a warrant in this case, for any item they want and it all may just be a question of playing head games with casey.
They know a 3 am visit will immediately make her think she will be rearrested so they do this and in a few days again trying to drive her over the edge.

That is why I was saying. Her car got too stinky so she backed the car in, borrowed a shovel from the neighbor, and buried her in the backyard. Then she got rid of the car hoping someone would steal it. When the car was found, Cindy found Casey and no Caylee. They already knew something was probably wrong. She called 911. Before the searchers hit the house, Cindy and George tore threw the backyard. Then they cleaned the car out. Washed pants, knife, etc.
Since the 911 calls were already placed, there was nothing they could do but coverup and backtrack.
imo

I see LE made an early morning visit to the Anthony's and removed something from George's car. Someone suggested it was the chocks.
IMO, http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/crime/orl-caylee-anthonypics-photos,0,5614814.photogallery the sack does not appear to have enough weight to be the chocks. (There are two pics. The sack of evidence is Pic #2)
Did Cindy ever drive George's car? Did Casey ever ask to borrow her dad's car? jmo

GREAT post. So if this is Cindy's laptop and her credit card..i wonder if Cindy is the one who needed the chloroform?! I am 90 percent convinced this woman is wayyyyyyyyyyy involved in this.
You are also spot on about Caylee's Daddy. IF for one second Princess Casey could get a dime from some boy for FREE she woulda hopped right on it! The Anthony's would have paid for the paternity testing...
Oh now my mind is realllllllllllllllllly going in circles..

Before the searchers hit the house, Cindy and George tore threw the backyard. Then they cleaned the car out. Washed pants, knife, etc.
Since the 911 calls were already placed, there was nothing they could do but coverup and backtrack.

I wondered about the significance of the name CayLEE.

Leonard P is the only one who said there was the ZFG abduction of Caylee as told to him by Casey.
But even though he has helped some in this case, I think he does not know when to quit. He has said he talked to Casey once, that Casey never talked to him and now she has this conversation with him.
I don't know that I think that script story is real. Real as in told by Casey who told Leonard P who then told a nationwide audience.

I was surmising why after the leak of chloroform that Cindy and George retained a criminal defense atty. Could the chloroform be the shocker that LP hinted at earlier in the week? Perhaps when they went to tell the family about the body farm results, they also revealed the chloroform findings. If so, at that time, LP was still in the picture, his team were still in the home. Also, was it after the release of the results that Cindy made the complaint officially that someone stole her identity? Maybe Cindy already knew that chloroform was purchased with her credit card (Casey's doing), but she filed stolen identity to cover up her name and Casey's regarding this purchase?

I do not nor ever did believe that the grand parents are involved in this at all...I believe that what ever the police were doing with George's car was probably just a routene thing that was left out. I actually feel more bad for George then for Cindy, he seems to be taking Caylees loss a lot worse then the rest of the family. He probably adored that little girl and, inside, is blaming Casey completely.
George always spoke freely to the cameras and didn't try to cover up Casey's actions. George just refuses to believe that Caylee is dead, (this is totally understandable), no one would want to believe the worst, you want to hold on to the last bit of hope..
As for Cindy, I believe that she will cover for her daughter because she knows she already lost Caylee and doesn't want to lose her daughter. NO parent wants to admit that their child would be capable of such a thing...
As for Casey, I hope that the State of Florida is going to do something about this without a body, because I do not believe a body will ever be found...Casey had a month to dispose of the body and I do believe that she was capable of planning the disposal real good, that is why she displays that smirk on her face, she is quite sure of herself.
I hope that justice prevails and Casey gets what she deserves like Susan Smith....THIS WAS NO ACCIDENT AS I STATED BEFORE..

I don't read much at all into the fact that Casey didn't opt for child support. There are reasons not to in some circumstances. Not speaking for her, but I have some personal knowledge of that I won't go into. Suffice to say that sometimes a single mother opts not to go after the father for paternity testing and financial support for good reason. Just throwing that out there. I always thought in this case that whoever Caylee's father is, is irrelevant anyway.

I have been thinking about Casey saying she did not call LE right away because she had seen where it turns out bad.
Now she was speaking of a kidnapping when she said that, or that is what her story was.
But I have seen where parents are charged in the accidental deaths of their children.
So jump foreward to the half truths or however Cindy explained Casey's lies.
If that is the case, that Casey tells half truths, perhaps she was afraid to talk to LE. But not because of a kidnapping turning out bad, but 'it' turning out bad meaning Casey feared being charged in the death of Caylee.
Eventually the lies got so deep she feels perhaps sticking with her story cannot end up any worse than telling the truth.
If she told her family what really happened and they believe in their hearts an accident happened, perhaps they figure they have already lost Caylee, and do not want to lose Casey as well. After all, if it were an accident, no matter how horrified they are, wouldn't most parents want to forgive their own child?
So maybe Cindy and George are guilty of not telling LE everything they know, maybe not. Lee is not around as much. I don't know why. Maybe he is taking time to deal with what he may know.

Some things to ponder:
1) Casey really wanted out of her parents house... so, when she found she was pregnant, and if she knew who the father was...it could have been an option for her, had she pressed the fact to the father...MARRY ME. Tone did say she latched on pretty quickly...playing house, as some posters say.
2) The pic of Casey leaving the jail the second time...as a poster mentioned...sure DID look as if she were smiling.
3) FWIW: the short shorts...not important...but if I knew the world was watching, I'd be in sweat pants and a jacket...not parading in short shorts saying..."Look at me!"
4) Just a thought...it seems as if some guy(s) would recognize Casey...do the math...and come in for testing... just to put an end to the speculation. Whether they want to admit it or be in the limelight, or face the fact their child is gone..and they never knew... it's still the honorable thing to do, to bring closure to that part.
5) If indeed that was Casey getting into the car with Lee last night...I mean, if they suspect the house is bugged and needed to talk... there must be a less obvious way to communicate rather than in front of a camera...they did have a "code" so I've read. Bake a note in the brownies? ;) Use the Etch-a-sketch? :)
6) I can almost imagine the women..."ok..which of us is the most dispensable?" "Pop" "Ok..let's pin this on him!"
7) The cheerleader Casey -- was that in high school? (or was she a cheerleader as a young girl - elementary, etc.) Seems with a juvie record, they wouldn't allow her to be on the squad. And popular? I never hear anyone coming forth expressing shock and disbelief. A teacher "WHO would have thought? She was friendly, popular, we all loved her." or "Wow, she was in my Math class and she was just a great person." (so many of the things we hear about truly popular kids that have gone...wrong.) Not even the "She was mean and I hated her, and I'm GLAD she's in jail!"
Just some trivial things...that seem wrong in some way...and if the small things don't add up, why? and what can we expect from the major things?

don't like them but don't see anything sinister in their behavior..in fact i would really wonder at them if they could believe caylee was dead at casey's hands for the first weeks and even now i understand that they will publicly fight for her being alive and even still have that hope If they did accept caylee was dead quickly then they really are sick bc its not normal to think your daughter could kill her granddaughter.

That would all be traceable by an ISP if she ordered online imo.
It has been stated that Cindy paid off all of the CC's with her 401K after Casey ran them up, so why if someone stole her identity would she pay off the cards? If she is backtracking trying to cover it up, it would seem she would then have to proscecute the person that was stealing from her......i.e. Casey.
Besides, what did the person who stole her identity do? Break in her home, do a search for chloroform on their , order it using Cindy's CC? Surely Cindy realizes how any backtracking at this point would be futile imo.

but think about it 'logically' although that may not apply to this family lol
naw, seriously...
okay, they say casey left with caylee 31 days ago, let's just pretend these days matched with dates given, even though they don't...
but let's pretend they do, and lets pretend there had been no contact for that month, no knowledge of what's going on or where either were...
as parents, they would have already been worried to death just by the 'not knowing', that's a natural reaction. sure, they could overlook casey's unknown whereabouts due to her 'adult' status and past behaviour, but she had with her their granddaughter...2 yrs. old, that they had raised...
this alone should have put them into panic mode before '31 days' and they should have took action before then.
but let's back up and say all these 'text' and things are true, that they had some contact with casey and forever reason believe caylee was always preoccupied during these times.
but then they find out about the car...
despite the smell of the car, which both should have been aware of due to their careers...despite that...
the fact that they found out the car had been abandoned since june 27th should have struck pure terror in them, the smell should have only enlightened that...
but...
she then goes out on a search for them...
she ends up finding casey, by the help of a friend...at her bf's house.
they have had hours now....hours...
where was caylee
this beyond fright should have been esculating beyond normal functioning abilities...
but it's apparent it did not, even in the first two 911 calls, there is no mention of caylee still missing
this just doesn't make sense to me
and the last 911 call again, the tone, behavior, language and 'timing' just doesn't add up

I thought the same thing. She would want the SS benefits. It's hard for me to believe though that someone hasn't come out of the woodwork. It seems like whoever she slept with back then would be seeing this and wondering at the very least. JMO

As to why LE went in at 3 AM this morning....
On the 20/20 special last night a guy was talking about why LE let her lead them on a fantasy trip (my words not theirs) to Universal Studios when they already knew she didn't work there and the response from 20/20's "expert" (sorry don't know who it was) was that they did it to put stress on her because they thought the more stress she is under the more likely to tell the truth. I think that would ring true for why they showed up at 3 this morning.
OT but could you imagine the shock on momster's face when LE showed up at that hour!

I always thought in this case that whoever Caylee's father is, is irrelevant anyway. [/*]
I totally agree with you here and have personal experience too.
Sometimes it's not all about money when you're looking at the "big picture" of a no-life being in a child's life forevermore and just complicating their lives. When a person doesn't want to be a father sometimes it's better to cut off from him completely rather than have him complicating your life and the child's life for $$$. It's just not worth it. So, sometimes someone will choose NOT to name a father on the birth certificate or go after child support for good reasons.
And honestly, I agree....it's all irrelevant in the dissappearance of Caylee.

fear, "what if", anything to put that possibility out of their heads and prove it wrong.
I am not saying it did not cross their mind an accident happened and casey covered it up but that it did not stay there especially once they found nothing.
You know when you have this awful fear something has happened - can be a bump in the night - and you "know" you are being crazy but go to check anyway? It normally is not that you truly believe someone broke in, or whatever. You go to check because you don't and need to reassure yourself.

oh i agree with you there, i don't want to believe any of these things exist...
i'm not a grandmother, i am a mom
and i hate to admit this, but i did alot of the same things casey did---although i was not a mom at the time...
but well
i have the boots
heck, i have the sunfire
i took off for a 'month' when i ended up living with my mom when i was that age because of the 'control' issues driving me nuts
i partied my weekends away, no drugs, but no stranger to a toilet hugging monday
didn't steal, but did clean out my entire savings
i knew a short skirt could get me a night of free drinks...
and btw, i was a cheerleader in hs too...that got into 'some trouble', my coach nor the school was ever aware of this, so it didn't effect it, for those questioning that.
etc. etc.
so as much as i hate to admit it, some things i can actually relate to casey on
but now as a mom...from the moment i became a mom the first time, my life changed...
and her actions just don't scream 'mother of the year' to me.
attempting to look at it from the grandparents view, with the help of looking at it through my own mother's eyes, as well as her experiences with me in the past...
their behavior just don't add up to me either.

I tend to disagree.
I believe they know exactly who the father is and number of reasons could explain why his identity is so guarded.
Casey may have had an affair with a married man.
Could be someone very close to the family and they wanted to avoid a scandal. Just to name a few.

Do we know whether chloroform can break down DNA? I know that bleach can ruin DNA evidence, but what about chloroform?
I am really curious to find out when the chloroform was researched. I am sorry if this has been discussed, but is it possible that George (and Cindy) bought it specifically to degrade the DNA in the trunk? Or maybe George talked to Casey previously about Chloroform being able to destroy DNA evidence (if it does, in fact, degrade DNA?).
George was a homicide detective, right? Shouldn't he know little tidbits like these? I wish we know when it was researched on the laptop!

IMO, the blow up on June 15 was over Casey ripping off gps nursing home account.
Cindy and Caylee visited the nursing home on June 15, Father's Day. I wondered why Casey didn't go. When the info was released about Casey ripping off the gps account, it explained why she did not visit. IMO, it was because IT was about to hit the fan and she knew it.
I don't think Casey raided the account all at one time. I think she did a little here and a little there. Eventually the account was thin enough the nursing home check did not clear and Cindy was told about it on her visit on June 15. Cindy probably went home and did a little investigating of the gps account and discovered the electronic transfers. Were they direct deposits into Casey's account? Were there on-line purchases from stores Casey was known to shop?
In one of the 911 calls, Cindy said "got affidavits from my banking account". I do not believe it was Cindy's personal account, but the gps account.
Also, Mark Fuhrman said on Greta's August 6 show http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,399183,00.html "Well, it's interesting. You know, the grandparents are telling me that on the 16th, when Casey and Caylee are leaving that morning at 12:50".
12:50 in the morning? Fuhrman, must be confused because George said they left at 12:50 in the afternoon. He remembers because he was watching the food channel and he also remembered exactly what they were wearing. I always found George remembering the clothing odd.
I don't think Fuhrman was confused. I think G & C did slip and say she left at 12:50 in the morning and that is why George remembers exactly what they were wearing. Casey was taking Caylee and moving out.
G & C could not let the public know they moved out at 12:50 a.m. That would only throw more suspicion on Casey. It would also hint the close family relationship was not as American pie as they wanted the world to believe. Who packs up a 2 year old during the middle of the night and moves out?
I also believe she left at 12:50 in the morning because of the flurry of phone calls the afternoon of June 16. I have had trouble coming up with a scenario that could happen between the 12:50 p.m. and the 3:00 p.m. flurry of phone calls. I do believe the flurry of unanswered phone calls was when Casey discovered Caylee was in some type of medical distress and she was seeking help. I wish we knew where she was when she made those calls.

I think they knew all along she didn't have a job.
After the arrest, they all jumped on the "leaving for work with backpacks" and "Zanny's been consistently babysitting Caylee for the past year and a half" bandwagon. At that point, it all became cover for Casey.
Even in the first call home, Cindy tells Casey that this Zanny person doesn't exist.

Wow, never underestimate the eagle eyes of some posters. It does appear to be a teddy bear.

I don't think LE wants to do anything, especially at this point, which would appear as if they were deliberately harassing the Anthony's unnecessarily.
LE knows how defense attorney's operate. JB would make a big deal of it at trial to try to gain sympathy from the jury. From what I've seen so far, LE is doing everything by the book. [/*]
except that JB claims no knowledge of Casy's re-arrest last week

That's true. I really can't imagine George wouldn't have gotten rid of anything potentially evidence if he's trying to protect his daughter.
I asked my husband about wheel chucks. He's always tinkering with our cars. Showed him about how big the bag was, and he said it could very well have the chucks in it. Some people make their own (wooden) and they make metal ones that fold up. They're not very big.

I do see a phone in her hand, but I notice she has no gloves on, so maybe that is her own phone. Wouldn't you think she would have gloves on if touching evidence?

And what's this about him throwing plush toys away?
I think those should have been confiscated. Why would he throw them away???

They would have had to research, order it, have it delivered, and used it all on the same day. I don't think that's what happened. [/*]
Good point... Thanks cry & KKKKKKatie!

[/*]
I don't believe Rick is Cindy's sister.
I do believe, however, he is her brother.
:D
(J/K ya!)
But yes, I believe he is her brother. Especially after the check stuff was included in the 400 pages. He was the only source for that until then.

this to me is going to be the big factor...
how and when the search was googled...
was it 'chloroform and death', was it 'chloroform and cleaning', was any type of 'specific' cleaning searched, such as cleaning of blood v. cleaning of pool, was it chloroform and a 'great high'
etc. etc.
none of which has been released

The Anthonys claimed they were gifts given to them for Caylee by people and the plush toys smelled like cigarette smoke. So they threw them away.

Update from JbellaJ -
Just hung up with Jbella. They are about to be taken to thier search area - was guessing Blanchard park, but wasn't sure. She was interviewed by Local6. Said she has on a straw hat and sunglasses, so look for her. AND she mentioned Insession Message Boards in the interview!!!
OneDarksun and her husband have been out already this morning, and if I heard J right, they had been in a swampy area.
JbellaJ and Ckrdpst got to meet and talk with Tim Miller.
Will give you an update when she calls again later!

Ive always thought it was a possibility George found out and helped her bury the body.
Might explain why casey cant break down and tell anything if a family member helped her.

Yeah, I meant IF it were ordered I don't know that it was Casey. Someone could have ordered it for another reason. That does not mean someone could not have used it for something else after it was in the home.
Like you, I will wait and see.

It looks like there is already something in that bag, I wonder if she gave the bag for the office to hold, then she removed her gloves, then made notes in her blackberry as to time of evidence collection.
