There is nothing wrong with a peaceful protest that wants to express their feelings that she should be in jail, should confess where Caylee's body is, or that she is not cooperating. They are not the bad guys until they get out of control. [/*]
I know you are deaf in the video the protestor were screaming their guts out at the house and the neighbors were saying you don't need to be here you don't know this family it was awful. They have their kids screaming out things like "baby killer" it was not peaceful imo at all.

I read where this was addressed on another site, I do not have a link:( , and I do not know if its true, but this poster said it was because bodies can be wrapped in rugs or put in duffle bags (especially with Caylee's size) or something to that effect.
Your question regarding whether a rug and/or a duffle bag being missing is a good one though. I wonder if that is the case?

I think you're right - this would be an excellent way to unhinge the GPs - it's not like it was windex.
Something just occurred to me. chloro can be easily absorbed through the skin - too bad they didn't know about it when LE picked up the car - They could have tested C, G and Casey for it.

Beautiful, heartbreaking pics and videos of Caylee. I enjoyed it. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the criminal profiler.....I've seen him before, I forget his name. So we heard "the usual" about Casey, diagnosing her.....and blah blah blah. All in all though, it was a decent program. She would have no chance to surf the net...
3) She would sit with the family the whole and complete time looking at our faces and listening to our rants while we tried to come to grips with the probable loss of our grand daughter at her hands.
4) There would only be communication with us, her attorney and other court ordered persons.

This is the very first I've heard about G going to work - and I've been looking for that. Where can I find more about that?
My speculation has been - G picked up the car at about 1:00pm. Took it home and C/G started cleaning it out. C didn't get hold of Amy on the phone until after 5pm...that's several hours right there. G didn't com home until just before 10pm - Lee arrived around 8:00pm and Cindy and Casey came home shortly thereafter.
I think they used this time to clean and cover - G got a whiff of the car before 1:00 in the afternoon. The dead body 911 call wasn't until 9:44pm - Then it was more time before LE got there.
About wetness in the trunk - I think you're on to something here. Perhaps this is EXACTLY WHY chloroform was used - it evaporates very quickly and would be less likely to be wet when LE came. (It's similar to finger nail polish remover - if you spill some on a counter, you can watch it evaporate - leaving no damp spot)
This is AllMO:) [/*]That's good, but at that time Cindy hadn't called 911 yet, and the first two calls were only about Casey. The third one was made in panic, after Cindy overheard Casey telling Lee about the nanny taking Caylee. So, before that third call, neither of them dreamed that LE would be examining the car. imo

Officials told EquuSearch volunteers to look for a rolled up rug, duffel bag and bones before heading out, Freideman said.
Mandy Albritton, search director for Equusearch, said in the past they have found bodies inside of rolled-up carpet, or found things inside duffel bags and that is why they tell their volunteers to look for those items.
She added that some volunteers encountered snakes and alligators.

I apologize if this point of view has already been discussed....BUT
WTH!
Let me see... she left Caylee with Nanny the Zanny at an address that had not been occupied for over 100 days; she worked at a job she had been fired from 2 years ago; after several meetings with Casey, the family says she was kidnapped; the family hint they have private investigators watching the "kidnappers"; the family says the "kidnappers" are being watched; Caylee is in NC, PR, TX and maybe NY; the reason Casey and her family cannot share the info with the FBI, FDLE and/or OCSO is because it would endanger Caylee's life"
AND now she says she left "Caylee Zanida Fernandez –Gonzalez and Gonzalez’s sister Samantha at Blanchard Park in East Orange County."
Hey! I have some ocean front property in central IL up for sale cheap! Anyone interested?

I think we've all said we've NEVER EVER seen a case like this. It leaves us all ====>

Casey says She Left Her Daughter In Park
[/*]
see now i'm confused...
According to Dick, the story Casey told him was that she had left Caylee with Zanida Fernandez –Gonzalez and Gonzalez’s sister Samantha at Blanchard Park in East Orange County, and according to Dick, Casey Anthony was given a ‘script’ to use for 30 days that would be used to explain Caylee’s disappearance to Casey’s parents and the authorities
how did they 'forcefully' take caylee from her....
in a public park  no one saw this
and if it wasn't 'forceful' then why did casey turn her over [/*]
Exactly. Padilla stated they held Casey down and took Caylee (if I understood him correctly). He didn't say that Casey voluntarily left Caylee with Zanny.
Oh .. and they drove off in a 2008 .. hhmm .. was it a Ford Focus?

I thought I read in one of the links a few weeks ago that the last time George saw Caylee and Casey, both of them had backpacks. At the time I wondered why/what was in them. I don't think it's unusual but the article made the backpacks important somehow.

Hmmm... You're really getting my brain going here (That's a good thing)
Here's what I'm thinking. G, knowing the smell was telltale knows he has to do something about the smell and anything else that may be in the trunk. Meanwhile, Cindy is busy looking for clues about where Casey/Caylee are. She takes items out and washed them.
Cindy didn't call 911 until she actually had Casey. Last chance to give up Caylee. I think in the 2nd call she said she just found the car today. If I was LE, I would be very interested in the car, knowing it'd been 'missing' too - C also said Casey had stolen the car - I think that may raise a red flag too.
IMO - G made a choice at the tow yard = to call 911 right then, or to go home - he went home. He knew LE would have interest in the car (if not the next day, very soon).

today, i had to get something out of my daughter's trunk...she has a little ford focus hatchback, i had to open the trunk door, and then lift up another cover before i could actually get what i was after.....
and i thought about little caylee.....she easily could have fit into that space...
what if...when george opened the trunk, at the tow yard, and the flies and the maggots came out...but he didn't lift the cover....does casey's car have a trunk like my daughter's...or is hers more like our other car, if you open the trunk, there's the trunk...
that might explain what george was doing while cindy was looking for casey....he was gone until almost 10....iirc and when he came, he found cindy on the phone....
i don't think cindy knew...at that point...

(for goodness sake!! G had no problem calling the sheriff about $50 in gas - you'd think he could call LE after smelling decomp)
I need to keep digesting this.....AllMO
:) [/*]
I have always wondered why Cindy wasn't worried that the smell in the car couldn't have been Casey, too. I mean...you don't know where your daughter is...you haven't seen her in almost a month...you find her car abandonded...yet you clean it out...not worried that there might be evidence. It just doesn't make sense...to NOT know where your child is...(or grandchild), find their abandoned car, and not think...something might have happened to them both! Ya know?

good theory. I wouldn't be suprised if GA cleaned up Casey's mess. In fact, i'm leaning in that direction. It might be why he lets Cindy run her mouth because she really doesn't know anything so it's safe to let her spout off.

Casey says She Left Her Daughter In Park
[/*]
see now i'm confused...
According to Dick, the story Casey told him was that she had left Caylee with Zanida Fernandez –Gonzalez and Gonzalez’s sister Samantha at Blanchard Park in East Orange County, and according to Dick, Casey Anthony was given a ‘script’ to use for 30 days that would be used to explain Caylee’s disappearance to Casey’s parents and the authorities
how did they 'forcefully' take caylee from her....
in a public park  no one saw this
and if it wasn't 'forceful' then why did casey turn her over [/*]Because they threatened her family.

I agree!!!! I have felt that George has been doing alot of things. I just don't believe Casey could have pulled this off and kept her mouth shut. Only LE could make LE go round in circles. I mean Casey had them in circles with all her lies. Even today they can't file charges. IMO I think George knew very very early on. I think he was the one that had Casey with her cellphones calling all over FL making if very difficult to place Casey with 100% fact that she was in those places. LE really don't have a true fact where she was around the time they believe Casey was killed. I hate to accuse him but I just don't think Casey has that king of cunning and smartness that she could stump LE. LE know she did it and want so much to find Caylee but they really can't even tell a search team where to go start looking. We really have not seen George that much lately. The reason why he said he knows where is daughter is cause he knew all along where Casey was. That was IMO his first slip.

Hi all, newby here, and I hope I am not stating anything that has already been said. So many posts that it is hard to read them all.
IMO When G picked up Casey's car and smelled the smell he knew she had done something to Caylee because they said they had talked to Casey several times during the last month and she had always put them off about talking to Caylee. I think after weeks of not talking to Caylee they already had been worrying that something had happened to her.
One thing that bugs me is in the initial reports Casey said Caylee had been missing for "31 days" and she last saw her on June 9th. (GP's said they hadn't seen her since then as well) June 9th to July 15th is more than 31 days. Why didn't she say "over a month" or "4 weeks" or whatever, why say "31 days" when doing the math it wasn't even 31 days. But later when everyone realized it was actually June 15th, not the 9th, then the "31 days" makes since. (And geez, if your kid is missing, who the he** wouldn't know exactly what day they went missing?) Anyway, anyone else have any insight into these date descrepencies?

>>This started coming together for me when I reread the towpeople interviews. (pgs 316-318) It's a bit vague but I came away with the idea by the 2nd time G went to the tow yard C or G had been able to contact Casey.
I think Cindy was :cuss: about the car in impound and the $$ it would cost to get it out. She was fuming and called Casey. However short the contact was, C/G knew Casey to be alive. George said as much to the towman, this was also overheard by the towwoman.
I agree with Landshark - defense mode all the way.

It was a poster who said that if the police had done their job on a certain case in July, Caylee would be with the people she loved. It gave a case number and the arresting officers. It didn't explain further.

I have a 98 Pontiac Sunfire Convertible, wayyy cuter than Casey's, oops I mean George n Cindy's, btw, and it has no lift up cover in the trunk. It is just a regular trunk. And there's a place under the carpet where the "donut" tire goes. Big enough to put Caylee in but she wouldn't be able to sit upright in it, only lie or lean sideways.

Jesse Grund took a paternity test that proved he is not Caylee's father.
Jesse Grund is also the person who provided Caylee's DNA profile to law enforcement. Which he had because of said paternity test.

If boyfriend picked Casey up cause car ran out of gas, why would she have said her dad was taking care of it, going to take it to garage, gave mechanics names and say she was going to get a new car?
I know the answer is because Casey lies, but why did Tony even accept this line of thought? Do people normally have their cars repaired when they run out of gas?
And why didn't Casey know Tony's phone number? Why did she have to keep asking her brother for the number when she called home from jail?

Earlier, I was going to post about a type of "cover" in the trunk.
We own a Ford Tercel and the entire perimeter of the trunk area has a carpeted cover piece, easily removed to access the spare tire if needed in an emergency....the back seat has the option where you can drop it down for extra trunk space.
My question would be:
Does the subject Pontiac Sunfire have a "cover" (carpet) over the spare tire in the trunk and if so; is it missing?

Yes, I could see that, but if they had not seen Caylee for a month, sometime in that time period you would think they would have sat down and figured out when it was that they saw her last for positively sure.
Similar situation here, didn't get to see my grandsons, knew they weren't "missing", but still, my heart was breaking and I knew to the date the last time I saw them and each day was like, "today makes 10 days", "today makes 11 days" etc. I think this is why Casey saying "31 days" struck something with me.

I agree, but Cindy says that she talked/voice mail/texts back and forth with Casey and just didn't talk to Caylee.
She seems to remember 30days just not the exact date that the 30days started.
I think the 31days may be one of the only true things that Casey has said.

Ahhhh, I see your point. That would explain the "31 days" not adding up with the math of June 9th as the starting date. They knew how many days it had been since they saw Caylee, just hadn't really thought about the actual day of the month that they were counting from. And in all the chaos of the moment, I can see them not stopping to think that June 9th to July 15th is not "31 days".

I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN CIRCLED REPEATEDLY...BUT I HAVE JUST A FEW SIMPLE 'DATE' QUESTIONS...
FIRST, WHY IS THIS FAMILY ALWAYS SPEAKING IN 'DAY' TERMS
SUCH AS MY DAUGHTER/GRANDDAUGHTER HAVE BEEN MISSING FOR 31 DAYS
VS. A MONTH OR OVER A MONTH AS 'NORMAL' PEOPLE WOULD DO
OR, THE PIZZA HAS BEEN IN THE CAR FOR 12 DAYS, IN THE HEAT...
VS. 2 WEEKS OR WHATEVER
MOST PEOPLE SPEAK IN 'GENERAL' TERMS YET THE ANTHONY ATTEMPT TO BE SPECIFIC WITH EXACT DAYS....
SO OKAY, LETS GO WITH THAT, WE HAVE A EX LE AND A NURSE, MAYBE IT'S THEIR 'CAREERS' THAT MAKE THEM SPECIFIC
31 DAYS BACK FROM THE TIME THE FIRST 911 CALL WAS MADE, WAS JUNE 14TH
12 DAYS BEFORE THE CAR WAS PICKED UP WAS JULY 3RD, WHICH WE KNOW THE CAR WAS AT AMSCOT FROM JUNE 27-30TH BEFORE THEY TOWED IT
JUNE 9TH WAS THE DATE THE ENTIRE FAMILY STATED ORIGINALLY THEY LAST SAW CAYLEE...I SO VERY MUCH FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THE ENTIRE FAMILY MISSED THIS DATE BTW
UNTIL CINDY WAS CONFRONTED ABOUT THE FATHER'S DAY VISIT, AND AS A 'SPECIFIC' DAY PERSON, SHOULD HAVE RECALLED SUCH A SIGNIFICANT DATE AS A HOLIDAY---FATHER'S DAY, CORRECT
AND JUST WHERE IS THE 12 DAYS COMING INTO PLAY, IS SHE SUGGESTING THAT WHOEVER PLACED THIS 'OTHER' DEAD BODY IN THE TRUNK CHOWED DOWN ON PIZZA AND PLACED IT IN THERE TOO...
---------------------------------------------------------------
ANOTHER POSSIBLE THEORY...
WHAT IF WHATEVER HAPPENED HAPPENED THAT WEEKEND AT THE HOUSE...
AND IT WASN'T 'FIGHTING' THAT THE NEIGHBORS HEARD, BUT JUST 'SCREAMING'...PANIC...
AND THEN THE PLAN STARTED
BY ALL THAT WAS THERE
AM I MAKING SENSE

When bond was posted, she got out ( both times, and with little delay), she seems to have been treated decently in jail.
I don't get where any right has been violated. I have heard some squawk that her bond was too high for the charges, but as it is within the legal limits how can that be? Can someone be MORE negligent than outright "losing" their child and not reporting it for 30 days?...a child who is STILL missing over two months in...I can see many circumstances of negligence being less drastic, but not any greater.
I'd really like an explanation of the rights violation. Please K.I.S.S. for the benefit of the simple (me) and the busy.

It only makes it look worse that Caylee was missing for 5 weeks. Anyone have any ideas on what saying it had been a while week longer could have gained them?

I also find it odd. It was reported he was at the jail until the wee hours of the morning for several days before she was released from jail last time. Baez has stated when Casey came to his office they were going over the discovery docs page by page, if that's true he must be absolutely worn out by the end of the day. As far as being at the Anthony's home I can't imagine him saying much there for fear the house may be bugged....maybe they sit out in the backyard to talk about anything important.
If I was his client at this time I would find another attorney. The only way I can make sense out of this is if he is going to be a ghost writer for a book and wants to get as much info for the book as possible...both about Casey, the case, AND her family.

You know someone the other day asked why the tow guy didn't call police after he smelled the car, we don't know if he did, but if he didn't maybe he didn't think that was the smell until after he heard about Caylee. Now he did say he had smelled the smell before. IIRC he said it was like when a car had smelled because a guy had killed himself in the car and was there for 5 days, he said that is what Casey's car smelled like but not as bad.
Now if this is all true, I will give George the same reason for not callind police.
I have never smelled a dead body so I can't say what it is like. Many posters have and said it is very distinct so I can only use my experience for my opinion and benefit of doubt.

Yes, I've seen several people post this about FD usually falling on the 2nd Sunday and I knew it couldn't be true. Just to be positive I finally decided to look it up to be sure before I posted. No need for you to feel stupid.
Wow...you have a busy June.

Ok, for argument's sake, let's say that they all knew it was the 15th that they last saw her but decided to say it was the 9th. Why? What could be gained by adding that extra week on there. It only makes it look worse that Caylee was missing for 5 weeks. Anyone have any ideas on what saying it had been a while week longer could have gained them? [/*]

I totally agree with you. Cindy did not know then. When george walked in Cindy was on the phone withthe police.. She told him that Casey admitted to her that Caylee was kidnapped and George said have you called the police? She said she was on with them right now. Had he come in sooner she would not have made that call IMO [/*]
I think ther would either be flies OR maggots.....and not over pizza...maybe something else. And maggots don't jump out.
I think Casey out to try her hand at writing mystery 'who dun its" I'm tired of the re-runs for Law & order Criminal intent.
