There really is such a thing as family psychosis. It's known as "Folie a Famille":

http://www.knowledgerush.com/kr/encyclopedia/Folie_%C3%A0_famille/

IMO, we might be seeing this very rare condition with the Anthony family.

I posted this a couple of days ago:

I'm thinking C and G could be more involved than we think. The COULD be accessories after the fact. If Casey tried to bury her in the backyard and found it to be too difficult, she could have just laid Caylee on the ground where the bamboo was and moved the playhouse on top of her.

When the George came home, they moved her to the car to replace her somewhere else the next day. By that time, the body was decomposing at a rapid pace due to the heat. She was dead two days by then.

Cindy didn't know anything about it until after the 911 calls. Then George told her to shut up about the body smell and went into damage control with the pizza story. She knew the whole story then.

The denial on the part of the GP's is to save Casey and themselves. Thus, no charges of murder, yet. There will be 3 charged. One for murder, two for cover up.

I would have no doubt that she will try to sue as many people as possible. Especially if Caylee is found dead.MOO

I don't think you get a defense lawyer to sue people though. Maybe JB told them to get their own lawyer, or maybe she doesn't think JB is doing a good job and wants someone else to give her advise or take over the case???

I agree, but I beileve her agenda is finding Caylee alive and well and learning her daughter is not capable of murder.

I truly don't think she can wrap her head around the alternative at this point. I know people will disagree with me and claim she's covering up, she helped dispose of Caylee, she knows where Caylee's buried, etc.

I dont' believe that. I see a defensive minded person struggling to cope with reality. I actually feel embarrassed for her at times when she's so far out of it and makes ludicrous claims. She just will not admit defeat. And defeat is a dead Caylee. And she sure as hell won't admit it to anyone when she's in defensive mode.

Yes, I believe her agenda is to find Caylee alive. [/*]

I don't believe she helped in the crime either. I do think she is doing everything humanly possible to avoid accepting Casey harmed Caylee. If it is just denial it is the worst case of denial I have ever witnessed other than The Peterson's but I believe they were trying to help Scott by lying to LE and on the stand. Do you think Cindy or George will lie to LE or on the stand to help Casey?

A LOT of OTHER things are evident as well,DUH!!! [/*]

Cindy remains her own worst enemy with this drivel, imho. First off - investigators don't need to justify ANYTHING to her. Secondly, if you read the 400 pg docs - it is EVIDENT to anyone that LE is doing a thorough job, following the EVIDENCE where it leads them. There has been no railroading, imho. Casey is being led down the path of her own lies. Everytime Cindy opens her mouth - it is quite obvious how and why Casey turned out the way she did. Cindy just can't shut her mouth. I can see why George wanted (still does?) a divorce. Cindy is all about control and manipulation, imho. Perhaps her new lawyer will remind her that all this drivel she's spouting becomes evidence upon trial.

Likely out of respect people are honoring that misplaced tape. You are correct, imho. From the sidewalk to the street is owned by the municipalities, including the driveway apron. Should someone stand on those pieces of ground and George pushes, shoves or otherwise attacks them, they could sue him for assault. Contrary to George's opinion - that is NOT his property.

Thank You! I've been saying that since they announced about the hair!

I remember someone saying it showed signs of decomposition, but that it couldn't be determined if it was Caylee's or Casey's.

Being alive (and not having gangrene on her head) rules Casey out, but Caylee would absolutely have Casey's DNA. The logical conclusion is that it's Caylee's.

Are the Anthony's getting bondsmen to pay the lower bonds so that Casey does not have to make her first appearance on them? It was stated by the jail that since the bond for the new charges was paid last night she would not be in court this morning.

Also, I know Kobilinsky has been talking to Baez. Who is going to pay for all these expert witnesses? These people do not testify for free.

I have no doubt you're right. Anyone who implies Caylee is dead becomes her enemy and she lashes out irrationally. I have a great deal of sympathy for her.

In my opinion Cindy needs professional help to deal with reality and if she doesn’t get that help soon she will suffer a complete physical and mental collapse.

1. It has been posted that the reason the second bail bond was paid the Baez doesn’t like it is because….. once bail is posted the clock stops running on 'time served' for those charges.

SO.... if Casey had set in jail without bail on those charges (even though she would still be there for child negllect) and she was sentenced to say a year on the fraud charges she would get to count the time she was already in jail.

This way, when she is sentenced on the fraud charge there won't be any time served to use against the sentence.

2. I thought that when you run test of a substance i.e chloroform the make up of the specific compounds/ingrediants that created the substance can be identified right down to the lab distributor and where it was purchased. If it was made with wine and purex the fbi will identify that.

3. Is it possible that Casey used chloroform to subdue Caylee and leave her in the car over night with she spent the night at TonE’s etc… ???

4. If Casey killed Caylee using chloroform is it possible that the reason she did a search on chloroform was to find the chemical makeup and when she discovered that it may be confused with chlorine that Casey was going to try and make it look like Caylee drown in the pool but then chickened out when no one answered her distress calls? i.e. the cell phone calls made that Mark Furman reported on

I still believe Cindy called them on Saturday or late Friday night and she called them again last night.

She's not smart enough to realize all the "time served" stuff. She's thinking some poor schmuck is going to pony up the $500,000 original bond again.

I am sure we will see a lot in this case about hair science. The only thing I can even think of is if she cut a chunk of her scalp off and placed in the trunk of her car, but that may not produce those bands, I am not sure about scalping. I am quite sure now that we have mentioned it, we may hear about from CA or LP tomorrow.

IMO, that would be because they don't want scrutiny from "outsiders" about their family. No one judging them as parents, no one questioning Casey's behavior, no one to challenge their maladjusted ways. Just like Alcoholic families, just like physically abusive families, they do know on some level that their family isn't functioning in a healthy way. There is a delicate balance in that group that only just keeps it from imploding with power struggles, guilt and manipulation.

Dear Cindy,

I understand that you want Tim and others to find an Alive Caylee, because a sad, sad 'something' has happened.
And while most, if not all, of us here do believe Tim and his crew to be God Sents, he is in fact not God himself, so in order for him to pull off such a miracle is impossible to do. But then I feel confident that you already know this.

I do appreciate your guidance as you play 'hot or cold' with him in your assistance in the search. the more hot :flamemad: you get, the closer we know he is, so for that, I will give you a thumbs up on 'involuntary cooperation'.

While, I also understand that at one point Tim came close the leaving due to your antics, I now believe he understands the instructions of the game and appreciates your help.

So for that, and for showing the 'true colors' of yourself, I thank you. Now, don't stress yourself out too much, I'm not a nurse, but I do understand about blood pressure, ya hear...
Maybe a lil' chloroform can help you rest a lil', take the 'edge off'.
Not too much now, because you may 'pee' on yourself.

Sincerely,

McDonald’s Bail Bonds of Kissimmee told Channel 9 Jose Baez called them and asked them to post the $3,000 bond, but they were all working under the assumption the Padilla team wouldn’t give up.

So the question is, what prompted or who prompted them to post the bail? JMO [/*]

Exactly!

Could Baez already have them on some sort of "retainer" for the small stuff (or speed dial :D )? And since they already posted the one on Saturday, this one wouldn't have been much more, right?

It could possibly explain why Casey was able to hide it for so long if her parents were preoccupied with their own issues. I never really put to much credence into the incest theory, however if they filed for divorce around the same time Cindy found out Casey was pregnant it does make it somewhat more plausible...

Divorce was filed 12/2005 IIRC when Caylee was 4 months old.

I BELIEVE her brother said they finally took Casey to doctor in her 8th month of pregancy in July.

I am not a chemist or scientist, but I would appreciate if anyone who knows about these things could tell me how easy it would be to accidentally make chloroform?

What I mean is, if it were claimed that some pool cleaner mixed with urine or bleach with ethyl alcohol, what are the chances that such an accident would produce actual chloroform?

In case such a story should appear, I'd like to know how much weight to give it.

That's what I think really, but I'm trying to be fair.

IF there is a hefty chance it could have happened by accident, and if those things were found in the car by the police, I'd consider it.
