She called him around 10:00 a.m. and asked to use his shower because she was not staying with her parents and her boyfriend was out of town. Jesse could not remember the exact date.

The 2nd contact was Casey telling Jesse if her parents call he was not to answer.

Ya know when the transcript (400 pgs) came out and the fact, IMO, emails showed up supposedly from Universal to Casey. I did a littel checking on the net.

Here is what I found. I thought it was interesting but no way or time to prove it has anything to do with this case. Just mentioning it */c it follows your theory above.

I looked up out of curiosity the jlewis@yahoo.com and came up with this website, http://express-press-release.net/28/www%20DateToSoulmate%20com%20Is%20Finally%20Open%2 0For%20Public%20%20Viewing.php. This is what the initial page states: www DatetoSoulmate.com is finally open to public viewing.

Now, I didn’t dig any further or try to download any info from the site. Could Casey have belonged to some bogus dating service? Could all those supposed emails be “coded” in some way to have her meet up for movie filming or dating? It also caught my attention the fact that the Industry listed is Human Resources. Yet the site is DateToSoulMate.

Any thoughts??

JMO but my gut feeling is that is WAS NOT an accident. Casey just doesn't appear to be the panic and cover it up type. If that were the case I'd think there would have been a good chance of her cracking already out of pure guilt.

She strikes me more of the cold calculated person who was angry at her parents and jealous of Caylees relationship with her parents. Seems there was some resentment toward Caylee and she felt she was just a burden.

I'm basing my opinion on my gut feeling and the blog Cindy wrote on July 3 and the poem Casey wrote on July 7th. IIRC

But how did she get around to the grocery store and then back to Amscot? If she was getting cabs, why not just go directly to Tony's? There are still too many gaps in this whole scenario. imo

Why chloroform? Because that's what they use in all the movies! She would have had to check on the computer to figure out to get some she needed to ingratiate herself with some meth users.

IMO, she spent the night with somebody the night before (the 26th) and they dropped her off exactly where they picked her up, after stopping at the grocery store.

She wasn't (IMO) wandering around for 3 + hours buying groceries and waiting for Tony to pick her up.

Maybe some of these "one night stands" have come forward to the police and filled in some of the dates/times for them.

Casey's attorney not aware bond was posted

Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, says he was not aware that bond was posted for his client's latest charges. He met with Casey's parents until after midnight Wednesday. When he arrived at the Orange County Jail Thursday morning to assist in Casey's initial appearance, he was informed of the situation.

Baez says he believes the move to post the $3,000 bond was not a good one, and believes it is irrelevant because her $500,000 must still be met in order for her to be released.

I will say IMO cuz I don't have a link but I read that the bond was posted, because once it's posted the clock stops running on 'time served' for those charges.

SO.... if she had set in jail without bail on those charges (even though she would still be there for child negllect) and she was sentenced to say a year on the fraud charges she would get to count the time she was already in jail.

This way, when she is sentenced on the fraud charge there won't be any time served to use against the sentence.

I thought a good attorny would have to her to keep her trap shut, this is exactly the reason people don't want to help.

I would but I am too far away and don't have the resources to get there. Maybe this will anger the public into action for Caylee's sake. LE and Tim have had it with her, so the searchers can do their job in peace.

You know ironicly I prayed for Cindy last night, not to accept that Caylee was most likely dead, but that she would be able to find the right words to say so the public would stop disliking her so much they would want to help find Caylee.

Like I said all along, I believe LE is investigating in more than one direction. I don't think they had any involvment of the actual event, but the aftermath is a different situation. LE may have been looking into their stories and using cell phone technologu to pin down where they were when making staements on where and when they saw Casey and Caylee.

That had been sitting in the parking lot of our local grocery store in 100 degree heat for 5+ days with the windows open.

People were coming and going to the store-walking by this van and did not notice the odor!

I was looking for the van-as it was a missing employee of ours, and I went up to it, put my head in the window and took a whiff and knew he was dead.

However, I've smelled the odor before, it's unmistakeable.

Anyway, not everybody has a good nose! It's very possible IMO- that many people did not smell the odor. However, if you're in the car driving- then I can say that you definately will smell it.

However, standing outside the car with the windows rolled up and the trunk closed-probably not-unless you were sniffing around for it.

I know cindy wishes she had not made that 911 call now and so does lee and george they all know casey is in bad trouble and they keep blaming everyone but casey. I have to say I wish someone would come out and tell us the truth about this family for once. I know we don't have any right to know the inside information, but it would sure help to have someone at least call Casey out about not telling the truth.

I don't get that her granddaughter is missing, she has a car that smells like death in her garage, he daughter won't produce the grandchild and what does she find time to do... laundry wouldn't have been my main concern at that time. I would think the shock of the whole situation would have frozen me from want to wash clothes. I don;t believe anything this family has told now. I agree with your 2nd reason as to why she did not go to Tony or Amy's. They had roommates and there was no guarantee their homes would be unoccupied.

IMO, she opted to call Jesse because a) he worked night shift, would be asleep and not notice anything odd. *) he was at work.
