Well then why are so many here and elsewhere saying she abandoned the car BECAUSE of the smell and she parked it by the dumpster BECAUSE the car smelled AND she dumped the body in the dumpster????????????? It seems like some people have to make up their minds.

I don't know who the source was or wasn't. Don't know if they whispered or wrote it on a piece of paper.

That being said, I think the leaks are strategically done to put pressure on the entire Anthony family. Somebody needs to start telling the truth and it's not just Casey.

From the 400 + pages, Set #2 page 57 - (paraphrasing)

On June 27 at approx 7:00 a.m. branch manager saw a white Pontiac parked next to the dumpster when she arrived to work her shift at Amscot.

On June 28 at approx. 7:00 a.m., same branch manager saw the same car still parked next to the dumpster when she arrived for her ****.

On June 30, same scenario for June 27 & 28. Br. mgr. called to have the car towed.

Does Amscot have video cameras on their parking lot? The branch manager arrives for work at 7:00 a.m. and probably works until 4:00 or 5:00 in the afternoon. Casey could have left the car anytime after the branch manager left work on June 26.

Did Casey spend the night with Tony on 6/26? jmo

The webcam was showing a live shot of the jail earlier (don't know if it still is). We think they were expecting G & C to visit Casey this morning - that was cancelled due to her expected court appearance - that didn't happen - but they are rescheduled for tomorrow.

Jose was there til after midnight and back in by 8 am today. The reporters just camp out and try to get interviews.

I believe it was FBI "sources", no proof but it seems "sources" are to be believed no matter what. It makes news and IMO LE thinks it puts pressure on Casey to confess.

Yes. Zanni's stepdad Victor Fernandez. Silly question but if he was Zanni's stepdad and she took his name when her mom married him wouldn't Zenaidas name be Zenaida Gonzalez Fernandez?

She was also able to recall the last names of Zanni's roomates who she only interacted with a handful of times yet when asked in the first interview what Zanni's moms name is she said hm, wow, uh, I think it's Gloria. I still find it so hard to believe anyone would use chloroform to put a child to sleep, but I keep going back to the hard drive evidence of the search for chloroform on her computer. That does not bode well and stacks the evidence that it was chloroform, and not another chemical mixture that then produced the chloroform found by the FBI.

I have a feeling there are going to be other bombshells reported in this case, and this could very well be the tip of the iceberg.

The sheriff alluded as well yesterday to her criminal history.

Another thing that bothers me is the money stolen from the grandfather. Is Cindy the POA for her parents? If so, I would think that charges would be forthcoming for her as well for not protecting their accounts as she should have when her daughter stole from them if in fact this is true.

I have also come to the conclusion that Casey's personality is very much like her mothers. I believe her to have at the very least a borderline personality disorder, and Casey a full blown sociopathic personality.

I'm anxious to see if *for sure* there have been chloroform searches on the computer to tie it all together because I have a hard time thinking she got chloroform.

Why would she use chloroform? I don't think it would be a useful agent to make Casey sleep more than short periods. Once the baby started breathing room air, she would start rousing. If she was going to kill her, there are a jillion more accessible and practical agents to use.

Using chloroform on her parents doesn't make sense to me either, as she would have to forcibly hold it to their faces and if she had that power, she could just overpower them and kill them without "knocking them out" first.

What would have prompted this is the supposed 'confusion' on the hair from LE, which was just released within this past week.

That's been my main contention with this 'Caylee isn't dead/Caylee is dead' scenario from LE, and this would factor into their SEEMINGLY inconclusive findings of Caylee being dead.

They're trying to on rule Caylee's death due to a decomposition hair strand, and yet this hair strand can't be determined to definitely be Caylee's due to it being identical to Casey's.

Re-read the article again, that's exactly what he is stating, which is a reasonable explanation for why LE has been so "iffy" on attaching that hair strand to Caylee.

She could have walked up the street taken a shower and got a bag of groceries and walked back to amscot to call Tony. Nobody knows what she did prior to calling Tony. We don't know that he didn't smell her and just assumed it came from her standign by the dumpster and blew it off. We do not know. Casey is the only one who knows.

Reading all these scenarios is awful but I keep reading hoping to find out asap that Caylee is found and put in loving arms (LE arms not Anthony arms).

I tried for many, many years to have a child and finally i was blessed. When i hear about these poor "throwaway" children I want to scream. Just drop the child off on the church steps, there are many people who would love and care for it.

I cannot even fathom driving around with the dead body of my child. I wouldn't be able to speak in the same tone of voice as Casey did in her jailhouse calls. Shoot, I was shaking for an hour after I was pulled over by a cop for speeding, I would be speechless if I were ever in jail.

Casey is so very, very callous. She will pay for whatever she has done.

I love this board. I get info here first even before i see it on the news and I live in orlando. At work we have the news on all the time. My co worker and I are addicted to this story. Its unfortunate that this story gets more interest then other missing children but the anthonys should relize the reason for that is the lack of emotions that whole family shows. No tears and i have seen smiles if it was any of my children you couldnt even get me to talk because i would be hysterical. I thought the reason Casey spent so much time with baez because she wanted to get away from her family that maybe just maybe behind closed doors their attitude was different towars her. I am not sure about that anymore. Lets just hope Tim Miller gets more volunteers in support of Caylee not for her family its not about them at all. As far as i am concerned they only people that has not been in support for Caylee is her family. He mentions her coming by for a shower, but can't pin down the date more than after the 22nd. (He is really vague about the date on alot of things in his statement; basically he says this, this, and this happened between the 22nd and July 6th.).
Perhaps the next morning she hops the bus, a cab, whatever and grocery shops, then going to the Amscot nice and feshly showered to call TonE to pick her up.
I do agree that just driving the car, and maybe dumping evidence would leave quite a stink on her. I lean away from thinking that she put the body in that dumpster, MAYBE some evidence dropped there or nearby. I think she had left Caylees remains somewhere the day before TonE picked her up, and before ( my supposition only) showering at Jesse's house.

Just an enclosure with gates that can be opened, very common. Remember both the stores and the garbage trucks have to have access to it.

I did a google map street level view of the Amscot and the gates were wide open on the day that shot was taken.

Interesting... Do we know the dates that divorce papers for G and C were filed, and later retracted? How do these dates compare to the date that Casey became pregnant, and more importantly the date when her mother found out she was pregnant? (I remember hearing that Casey hid the pregnancy for several months).

Common sense would tell you in the heat in FL decompositon starts smeling worse over time. Have you ever drove by a decompsing animal in the summer time? Have you drove by a dumpster in th summer time? Heat intensefies the smell specially over time. IMO

This sounds very plausible to me. We know Casey was an elaborate liar and plotter. I believe the groceries were just a show for Tony to make her story sound plausible, she may not have been in the car that day at all.

Thanks! It is difficult trying to figure what is where when one is not familiar with the area.

Is there any motels in the area? I am thinking cheap .... privately owned....some place that would not ask questions as long as they were paid.

What about truck stops? Truck stops usually after shower facilities.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Casey Anthony, mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, did not have to appear before a judge on new charges Thursday morning.

A jail spokesperson confirms that MacConald Bail Bonds posted $300 Wednesday night for Casey's recent charges. To be released, however, she would still have to come up with 10 percent of her $500,200 bond because it was rescinded by a bounty hunter last week.

Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, says he was not aware that bond was posted for his client's latest charges. He met with Casey's parents until after midnight Wednesday. When he arrived at the Orange County Jail Thursday morning to assist in Casey's initial appearance, he was informed of the situation.

Baez says he believes the move to post the $3,000 bond was not a good one, and believes it is irrelevant because her $500,000 must still be met in order for her to be released.

My husband doesnt follow this case either. Last night when he did sit down long enough to listen; he took me back to our last visit to Cancun. Bear with me...
As we sat in a little bar/grill we noticed that these two young college kids were sitting talking to a couple of local women. Every now and then the locals would look up at this guy and he would give them some sort of hand signal. They would give the girls shots. It seemed as if they locals were trying to get these two girls drunk on purpose. Before too long, they were stumbling out of the place with the two locals following them. Then the man left.
Now fast forward to this case...
His thoughts were the boyfriend and her had something going using the chloroform. Maybe she would earn girl's trust (dancing and partying) then use something it on them to knock them out or high enough for them to agree to anything. (pictures, films, sex, etc) Selling the stuff on the internet...pics to private people...
Maybe Caylee seen some of this and they were afraid she was big enough to tell. Just his thought. sorry it was so long.
