For some reason I instantly thought about the stain. One of the detectives stressed that they had the results on the strands of hair and it was not the stain that led them to believe she was deceased.

It made me believe they are protecting those results from the stain as their ace in the hole. The detective also said that they had lots of tests that were expected back soon.

LE is gathering steam now.

I firmly believe that the stain will end up being a bodily fluid linked to a living person. I know it's horrible to think about, but I think that Casey did put her to sleep in the trunk. The stain could be vomit, urine etc. I think that's the shocking thing they are going to reveal -- that Caylee died in the trunk and was left there and then hidden briefly at the house and then moved to God knows where. :(

Someone mentioned in an interview a while back, that decomposing bodies leak fluid. I wonder if that's what the stain was. :(

I think so too. Just heard Nancy Grace say LE has additional forensics information that proves Caylee is dead. (besides the trunk evidence with decomp and her hair)

I saw that, too! I mean what Leonard said about the dumpster. I had to rerun it and make sure what I heard was right. Made me sick to my stomach. I have seen Tim Miller on tv a lot, but never have seen him in that kind of mood. He is really disgusted, seemed like to me and didn't really know which way to go. Cindy was saying that she got him there to search for Caylee alive. I always thought they didn't call him in until they were looking for a body. I just think the grandparents need to get a clue. Cindy is really lame and nearly delusional in my opinion. I know that is the last thing you would want to believe, that your grandchild was deceased and maybe at the hands of her mother. But there would come a time when you would just have to logically figure it out.

You know, I noticed something when I first saw the grandma and Caylee's pic. Caylee looks like CINDY, not Casey. I don't think Casey looks like Cindy at all. Just an observation. Any thoughts?

Children often resemble other family members including grandparents. They often don't look much like their parents. My husband often quipped standing next to our son's you wouldn't know we were related. shrug

Casey resembles her father, George a lot I think.

Doesn't seem very important in the scheme of things to me. Why, what are you eluding to if anything?

I think so too. I even wonder if it's delusion at this point. Tonite on nancy grace they showed a clip of a woman (protester I guess) confronting Cindy with her denial telling her it was she who first noted the dead body smell. Cindy didn't deny the woman's confrontation.

ETA: I think Cindy's just protecting Casey and has been all along.

That's been my assumption. Noted that I might be wrong. It would sock me to learn she had been locking the baby in the trunk. Such a cruel thing to contemplate for a baby. My heart just aches for that baby. She's still out there. God Bless Tim Miller and his searchers. I so hope they find her to give her a proper burial. It haunts me.

So, how would Lenny have knowledge of the interest in the dumpster? Did he say 1.25 miles from Tony's? That's pretty specific to just be throwing that around. Has LE already collected evidence from that dumpster? Is the dumpster still there? Lenny isn't even in Orlando anymore. Where is he getting this stuff?

Can someone fill me in real quick about the dumpster that we saw a photo of. Not the one at the Amscott, the one that was released at the time of the 400+ pg. doc dump. Did I read a few pages back that LE retrieved that photo from Casey's computer?

OK, I'm just going to throw out this thought that I had after hearing Padilla talk about a dumpster located 1+ mile from Tony's place.

I've always believed that the gas cans were used to put gas in her car. Now I wonder if she could have placed Caylee in that dumpster and soaked the dumpster with gas from the cans then set it on fire.

Maybe after this case hit the media someone recalled there being a dumpster fire and reported it. Maybe evidence of an accelerant was discovered but the contents had long been dumped.

Could some smidgen of evidence have remained in the dumpster? Some evidence of a burned body? Something? Anything?

I don't know if Padilla mentioning Lee's name is an error, but either Lee or George would fit; or Cindy would fit too. IMO.

I'm thinking C and G could be more involved than we think. The COULD be accessories after the fact. If Casey tried to bury her in the backyard and found it to be too difficult, she could have just laid Caylee on the ground where the bamboo was and moved the house on top of her.

When the GP's came home, they moved her to the car to replace her somewhere else the next day. By that time, the body was decomposing at a rapid pace due to the heat. She was dead two days by then.

The denial on the part of the GP's is to save Casey and themselves. Thus, no charges of murder, yet. There will be 3 charged. One for murder, two for cover up.

Now that will be shocking.

I don't believe that Casey would have placed Caylee in the trunk "to put her to sleep". That level of violence to a live child doesn't fit in my opinion. However, a scenario that certainly could have panned out IMO - -

Casey was on a whirlwind of guys-gals-clubing and in the past as Casey's friends told LE that "Caylee would be at the home parties sleeping on a sofa". I certainly could see Casey giving Caylee pills to put her out - - to sleep for several hours. I could see Casey getting real crazy and wreckless with her "whirlwind" sabatical away from her parents and taking Caylee and the burden of having to be a "Mom" -- and Caylee was given pills so Casey could party - shop -- Caylee expired inside the car in her carseat (heat - sedation -- faster lack of oxygen) or at one of her mother's rendevous boyfriend's sleepovers - overdosed Caylee.

The trunk was used to hide the deceased precious body of Caylee and had marked decomposition with the extreme heat in the trunk.

That's my opinion -- theory....

Let me say also the precious spirit of Caylee had transcended and left that body which was than put in trunk till her sick and wreckless Mother could discard and hide her in a manner or state that no one could point the finger at her.

Please keep in mind this also - - (as the case investigation reveals the truth of what happened) Casey is in the "hell" she created and Caylee is a free precious spirit being fulled loved and cared for with Spirit and precious beings who recognize and know the precious one she is.

Precious Caylee is Fully Loved and Is Truly Free of this Imperfect World and Complicated Unjust Life !

Had to state the truth of that precious child Caylee Marie !

That woman was a nutcase as well. Who does she think she is? Seriously -

I could not believe what I was seeing on tv. No murder charges yet - and here is this wacky lady from a message board getting in Cindy Anthony's face. I truly was shocked.

It's very scary to think a group of on line message board people can gather and do this kind of stuff. Yes, they do have good hearts - many of them but man, there are some, who are "just as evil" as the mother of little Caylee. Did you all see the look on that woman's face? I think had I been there - I'm afraid I would have smacked her. I am dead on serious. Talk about getting TOO WRAPPED up in a case...

Yes, she has made odd ball remarks but look what she is dealing with for crying out loud. Does not take a rocket scientist to see that these grandparents are hurting. I don't care what they are saying...

Adalena, she acted passive because I'm pretty sure she is being heavily medicated to keep her calm and sedate. She is probably in and out half the time. My opinion only... On NG's show they showed Cindy being interviewed and she was slurring her words a bit - not a lot but it appeared she was being kept calm. That's just my opinion. And who the heck wouldn't be? If this was your grandchild, and your daughter may be the one who murdered her - Tell me what grandmother could just take this like a real "woman of steel?"

I hope that lady was not from this board - I so hope she wasn't.

When I heard he was on NG again, I didn't watch. I think LP got his 15 minutes and more and should stay away now and let LE do their job. I hope Nancy realizes how silly it is to have him on as a guest. She should continue to have experts discussing the case (attorneys, forensics, etc).

They are thriving on speculation. So strange how they can dream up some of these thoughts not even thinking these are real people with real feelings going through the worst possible time of their lives and all this speculation is only making it worse for them. They better pray nothing like this ever happens to one of their loved ones and they get the same ugly rumors and speculation they are putting out by complete strangers. You know I thought I heard that in the very first news coverage of this story. IIRC they said they called Cindy the mother and George the step-father and then the next day it was stated as Cindy and George as the mother and father. I have been confused too.

I'm not going to get all excited about that now, because I can't fathom how he'd know what the results are before they're back, AND he's flip-floped so much speculating what's happened to Caylee. I think it's just another guess on his part, and I don't put a whole lot of faith into his ever-changing guesses. I'll wait until the results are officially released.

I recall hearing stepfather too. There was some debate on another board whether George was or not.
I also recall hearing it on NG and was able to track down.

I want to know more about that... What exactly does the FBI, Lee, Casey and Cindy all know that we don't? And about the dumpster?

IMO - investigators need to be looking at the landfill where that trash is disposed of. In other cases where skeletal remains have been found -- IE, Lori Hacking's body -- investigators were about to locate that area in the landfill grid that the trash was dumped at.

I wonder if that's in Florida/Orange Cty or wherever that dumpster is located... does the trash go to the same area in the same landfill each time it's disposed?!?

Parts of this case has started to remind me of the John Benet murder. No one did that and everyone was innocent. But there was a little girl that was murdered.

At least, the people that were in that house were questioned seperately for several hours by the police. I don't believe that the Anthony's have even been questioned. Why is that? They were among the last ones to see Caylee alive.

They need to submit to a lie detector. (moo)

IMO, the nut didn't fall far from the tree, in this case.

Any day, I half expect Cindy to show up on Dr. Phil.

I wasn't really eluding to anything, it was just something I noticed. As far as whether or not Padilla really knows anything, I am sure there are plenty of people working on the case who are willing to spill what they know. That is part of the problem with any case, I would bet. At first, I thought that Casey probably sold Caylee or just gave her away to spite Cindy. I still would not doubt that. But it sounds like they have some evidence proving otherwise. For the LE to come out and say they have evidence that proves Caylee "might no longer be with us" speaks to that. They aren't going to come out and say what they really know, that would reveal their hand. I think they are letting out bits and pieces to try to make Casey, Cindy, George, whoever else knows anything squirm. I think Casey is one of those people who nobody really "knows". She rises to the situation and puts on many fronts. That is why nobody that "knows" her thinks that she ever would have harmed her daughter.

Since Cindy now seems to be interjecting her babble of excuses about DNA in the playhouse and in the vehicle could be from Caylee's urine, I think further testing results are in and there is positive results coming from forensic evidence taken from the playhouse and maybe originating from the stain found in Cindy's vehicle.

For all we know the stain may have shown blood and other biological matter.

Any guesses how long this particular drama will continue? When would Casey possibly come to trial, since she hasn't even been charged with murder, yet?

Can LE tie Casey to the apparent murder, at all?

Or is this all eventually going to go away like the Drew Peterson case? (They proved that his second wife was murdered but never connected him to that.)

I think Leonard Padilla has his sources. One of them is more then likely the person he had inside the anthony home, helping to guard casey anthony.

For all the speculation about Caylee's resemblance to Cindy and not so much Casey:

I don't think it really matters who the kids look like. Whether Caylee looks like her grandmom or her granddad is really irrelevant. She may look like her biological father, since his identity was never revealed. I don't see that much resemblance to Cindy. At that age, children's faces kind of have a soft similarity, if you get my meaning. Their features aren't set in stone, and may change quite a bit over the course of the next few years. I see a lot of kids at that age that look like her. Hell, at that age I even looked similar to Caylee, except my hair was lighter. Now my hair is dark, and you'd never guess I was that same kid.

On a similar note, I've said before, when speculation as to whether Caylee's father was Hispanic, because she didn't look it: you CAN'T go by appearances. My oldest child looks nothing like his father. Or me. He looks white like me, but his features are more like...I dunno, to be honest. The only features he shares with his dad (who is a dark skinned Asian immigrant) are his earlobes, eyelashes, and feet. People have mentioned, thinking they were funny, jokes about his potential illegitimacy (not funny :flamemad: ) You'd never guess by looking at them, that this was his son. Yet our daughter looks like neither of us, has a blend of our skin color, and seeing all four of us together, it makes sense.

EXACTLY! Leonard is in touch with OCSD sources. I think while he was there, he found out things that he won't disclose just yet, for obvious reasons.
Regardless of whether we like him or not... he is doing more about trying to find Caylee than any of the family are!!

I was more interested in what Tim Miller DID NOT say. It seemed like he was trying to keep from saying certain things. He is usually a lot more forthcoming with answering questions, but he wouldn't answer Nancy Grace. I just now saw a post that said TES is still searching, I'm glad of that. Thank God for Tim Miller and making something good out of something really bad. Of course, we ALL want Caylee to be found alive, but found no matter what. I wonder if Casey is reading these messages, Tim said she was spending a lot of time on the internet. In case she is, I wish that she would just tell whatever it is she knows. She has to know SOMETHING. The longer it takes to come out with it, the harder it will be on everybody. Caylee doesn't deserve the treatment she has gotten from her mommy. I use that word loosely.

And second point - since we are not privy to evidence from LE, perhaps the cadaver dogs hit on the dumpster near the BF's home and that's the explosive evidence?

I felt bad for Tim from Equasearch his wanting to disband and leave and then the grandma coming on acting all nice and kind and totally disregarding what Tim said about the family not cooperating....and the grandma is still going on and on about Caylee being kidnapped...in just total denial.

So sad she really believes this. Nancy didn't have the heart to set her straight.

I think what Tim meant is that there are other families of missing children that really want his team to come and help them search and they do not want to waste time looking for Caylee when her own mother won't give the the infomation they need to find her. I think it is unusal for a parent of a missing child to not help the search team with any information at all.

I don't think they are comfortable in the backyard anymore, probably because of the dogs alerting in the backyard or maybe because there are suspicions about the pool being the spot where Caylee may have lost her life. They know the real reason why they dont "relax" in the backyard........................
