Padilla said he doesn't think Casey Anthony dropped her daughter off with a baby-sitter named Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, as she first told police.

Instead, he said, he thinks Casey Anthony left Caylee in the care of friends — perhaps her boyfriend's relatives or others — while she was "in the process of re-establishing herself and her daughter."

Casey Anthony Re-Arrested on New Financial Charges

The charges stem from allegations Casey took nearly $700 from a friend and her parents. Investigators said they have images of Casey using checks at a Target store and a Bank of America. Investigative sources also said Casey may be accused of stealing money that was to be used to pay for her grandfather's living expenses in a Mount Dora assisted-living facility.

Casey Anthony Re-Arrested on New Financial Charges


Jose Baez, released a statement that said, "This is nothing more than an attempt by law enforcement to play mind games with my client. They leaked the arrest to the media and deliberately avoided telling me so she couldn't turn herself in in a dignified fashion. They clearly wanted the media to capture my client in the worse possible light. Coincidentally, I was on the phone with her when police arrived at her home to arrest her... What's clear is that law enforcement is more interested in making my client look bad than finding Caylee, who's still missing and likely in danger."

Cindy Anthony echoed those statements Saturday. She said deputies arrived at the house without a warrant and told her they were taking Casey to a safe place.
"They were grandstanding last night. They forced their way into my house," said Cindy. "I thought they were responding to a 911 call I made about the protesters."

Al Estes Bail Bond Agency of Clearwater endorsed, or turned in, the bail bond on the original charges Anthony again is being held on those original counts as well. A bail bond was expected to be posted by MacDonald Bail Bonds, but with the original counts adding a new hold keeping her in jail, that was up in the air today. Officials were expected to retrieve the ankle-monitoring system from her parents' home, pretty much ruling out any immediate release.

Allen told the Orlando Sentinel Sunday night that the evidence suggests that the body in the back of the car was "likely to be Caylee." He would not disclose the type of evidence that was returned from the federal lab and would not confirm whether the child was dead.

This information was the furthest the sheriff's office has gone in saying that the missing child is dead. In recent weeks, sheriff's spokesmen have repeatedly said the agency was looking for a live child.

George Anthony Visits Orange Co. Sheriff's Office

George Anthony made an appearance at the Orange County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday. He pulled in to the sheriff's office parking lot pulling a billboard bearing the likeness of his missing 3-year-old granddaughter, Caylee.

How GENUINE BLACKLIGHT can aid in the search for those who go missing

I discovered this while playing with my kids, I also was involved with a search for a deceased person who was brutually murdered, I'm being vague on purpose for safety sake I don't wan't my location to be given way.

This involves BASIC science.

The use of a GENUINE BLACKLIGHT.

Please research on your own how and why a blacklight works.

Using a genuine blacklight, and for the purposes of a search for someone, you need to purchase a specific blacklight that is well over 50 watts.

Here's what I've learned about searching;

Night comes at blazing speed the first day someone goes missing.

Sometimes a good hour or so goes by before the reality sets in that someone is lost. It is CRUCIAL during that first night to try to find someone if you want to find them alive.

Confused people such as with Alzheimer's or Autism can actually become frightened by all the searchers hollering their name (this actually happened about 2 years ago with a slightly autistic boy scout who was too scared to answer to searchers),

With this method, using a portable generator and a portable deer stand in the back of a pickup, a person can stand up in the deer stand shine the black light on the ground and have "spotters" on the ground checking out the things that you can see with the black light.

The reason this works so extremely well is because of the modern laundry detergents we all use today. Our clothes contain PHOSPHORS that actually absorb the UV light, lower the frequency and reflect it back out at us and we see it as a GLOWING LIGHT.

That is why the person needs to be above ground and have some type of clothing item or blanket on them.

In the searches that I have been involved in, when night comes the search ends until the next day. This loses very precious time especially when looking for a lost loved one.

I have tested this on my own family and I can tell you it's extremely effective!!

The best part about it is that it actually works the best in the woods, field, grass ditch ect...because the natural foilage doesn't contain phosphors and so the ground looks nearly black and the clothing is GLOWING AWAY!

Tonight, you can experiment with this to a smaller degree right at your own home, taking a blacklight that you can buy at any hardware store or discount chain...this is very important though YOU CANNOT use the "painted" blue/black incandescent bulbs because they are not "true" black lights and do not emit the correct wave length of UV light.,

Anyway have one of your family members go lay in the yard and even try to cover them up with some leaves. Turn the black light on and you will be AMAZED!!

Especially if they have white socks on, they won't be able to hide! AND if they start to laugh while you are shining the light on them their TEETH will often glow too!!

So there it is...for all the world to see.

Write it down and tape it to your fridge and I'm telling you if someone goes missing near where you live, you show up with a black light and you will find them if they are laying somewhere in need of help.

CINDY ANTHONY MAKES STRONG STATEMENT VIA EMAIL

Late Thursday morning, Eyewitness News received a statement from Casey Anthony's mother. In an email, she blasts the bounty hunter who helped get Casey released on bond and the organizer of the search organization.

"Leonard Padilla and Tim Miller came to me under false pretenses. Both claiming their sole purpose to find Caylee alive. Tim Miller misrepresented his intentions, and is falsely accusing me of not cooperating with him, when it is evident his motives were to obtain publicity for his organization at the expense of exploiting my granddaughters disappearance. Tim Miller tried to discredit Kid Finders Network by falsely stating that they tried to pull out of the search for Caylee. Mr. Miller also claims that he spent twelve hours in my home with my family including Casey, when in fact he spent only a few hours total with me and minutes with Casey. This is an example of Tim Miller following in Leonard Padillas footsteps. Although I feel his organization has a purpose, his misrepresentation has tainted the efforts of so many people with good intentions. I would have expected Tim Miller to speak with me one on one, rather than me hearing him on Nancy Grace.

Casey Anthony Posts Bond On New Charges, Avoids Court Appearance

McDonald Bail Bonds in Kissimmee posted the $2,500 bond late Wednesday night. Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, told Eyewitness News he didn't know about the bond being posted until he arrived at the jail Thursday morning for the scheduled hearing.

"I assure you I went straight to bed. I didn't stay up or wait for the bonds to be posted," Baez told Eyewitness News. "I knew I had to be up early."

More Volunteers Join Caylee Search

A new command post has been set up at 6317 TPC Blvd. in Orlando, where volunteers can sign up to help in the search.

Representatives from Texas EquuSearch told News 13 that by 8 a.m. Thursday, they had more than doubled the number of volunteers from previous search days.

Tim Miller, the leader of EquuSearch, was asked about the Anthony family not being cooperative, and that they claim searchers are wasting their time.

"I don't want to talk about Casey. I don't want to talk about Cindy. I want to find Caylee, and it's obvious we're not going to get any help from anybody else so we just have to do it ourselves and I think they could make it easier for us, but I don't think that we need them either. We'll do the best we can do without them," Miller said.

ABC's "20/20" will turn to the baffling saga of missing Caylee Anthony in its Friday broadcast.

Here's how the newsmagazine described the segment about Caylee: "In an exclusive report, '20/20' will air never-before-seen home videos and photographs offering new insights into her young life with her mother, Casey, who remains at the center of the investigation. Elizabeth Vargas' report also includes interviews with Caylee's grandparents and Casey's brother and a former boyfriend, as well as a detailed account of events from the time Caylee disappeared."

The report will feature reporter Walter Pacheco of the Orlando Sentinel. The newsmagazine airs at 10 p.m. Friday on WFTV-Channel 9.

Caylee Marie Anthony (born August 9, 2005; disappeared June 2008) is a toddler, reported missing in July, 2008, in Orlando, Florida a month after she was last seen by her mother Casey Anthony. This case has been featured on America's Most Wanted. A police investigation was launched into the circumstances of the child's disappearance by the maternal grandmother, Cindy Anthony, through a series of 9-1-1 calls. In one of the calls, she claimed to have smelled human decomposition in her daughter's vehicle, but she later attributed that odor to a rotting pizza.[1] On August 27, 2008, test results of air samples that were taken from the car indicate that a decomposing human body had been inside the trunk[2]. On August 28, 2008, DNA test results confirmed the presence of Caylee Anthony's hair and blood in the trunk.[3][4]

Chemist: Chloroform In Anthony's Car 'Definitive'

If chloroform was found in liquid form in Casey Anthony's car, Flowers said it would have been in very small amounts and could have come from every day cleaning products.

But, if chloroform was found in the air samples run on Casey's car, Flowers said a pure form of the chemical would have had to be in the car. "It could not have come from a chemical reaction in the trunk. It's impossible. That solvent could knock out the driver of the car. It's a very dangerous thing to have that material in your car," Flowers said.

Casey Anthony To Get Out Of Jail Again, Agencies Posting Bond

Eyewitness News has learned Casey Anthony will be bonded out of jail Friday morning. Two bond agencies, Macdonald Bail Bonds out of Kissimmee and Joe Von Waldner Bail Bonds out of Orlando, are working together to post the $500,000 bond.

At this time, no details are available as to why the two agencies decided to post the bond. Casey Anthony will be on home confinement when she is released.

Forensic Expert Suggests Chloroform Could Have Killed Caylee Anthony

"A parent, usually a mom, will put a kid to sleep by putting over a nose or mouth and cause it to lose consciousness," Baden said.

Baden said the practice is more common among young moms who don't want to be bothered by a crying baby. It is well-documented Casey Anthony liked to party and in discovery documents one of her friends even says at parties "the kid slept through anything."

"If the baby is sleeping at times convenient for the mom, one has to seriously consider something's being done to put the baby to sleep," Baden said.

A statement was released by a public relations firm that has been retained by Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez.

"Casey Anthony is being bailed out of jail. The individual posting the bond prefers to remain anonymous and is doing it because of the belief that Ms. Anthony's Constitutional rights have been grossly violated. Mr. Baez will have no comment about the bond and will respect the privacy of the anonymous party," a Press Corp. Media release said.
