I always wonder in cases such as these if there were warning signs in the hospital at the time of birth? Like were there drugs in mom's system? It seems so prevntable. Don't give drug addicts babies. Too simple.

It does not seem humanly possible to me that a mother can do this.....I guess she was never a mother to begin with:(
It is sad to read this when I have lost a baby due to medical reasons and then you have mothers that intentionally do this....Heartbreaking:(
