After all the horrible news we read about what is done to children this one makes me want to cry. A 10 year old girl giving birth because she was raped is beyond disgusting. At 10 years old, she should be out playing with her friends and having fun, NOT giving birth!!! That poor child!

The pregnancy probably wasn't discovered until it was too late to do an abortion. Even the most ardent pro-lifer would probably not disagree with this because pregnancy in a child this young is a life-threatening emergency - but even so, it should only be performed if the mother wants it.

If she had never menstruated and never had morning sickness, it probably wasn't discovered until she was 6 or 7 months along.

Yes' I agree with you.

I think Joesph Duncan is going to get the death penalty.

I don't think they should let these types of people out of jail.
There should be such thing as Civil Commitment.

There is no treatment for these offenders.
