Well I am surprised Georgia would be the first and I am from Georgia.

They took 30 years to execute our most notorious killer in Georgia, Carl Issac, who murdered 6 totally innocent victims in the most horrific manner possible.....the Ned Alday family from Donalsonville, Georgia.

The Alday family had to live with that for 30 years and Carl Issac told everyone if he ever escaped he would murder more. One of the family members said Carl Issac got to live longer after he was sentenced than some of the innocent victims did when he callously murdered them.
