What Constitutes Breaking News
It appears some are confused as to the purpose of this forum.
It is for BREAKING NEWS as stated, that is any important or
any news item happening 'AT PRESENT' that ALL might be interested in.
This could be like accidents, crime, imminent verdicts, amber alerts, lost people found, weather warnings, unexpected deaths of celebrities or officials, etc.
After a day they will be moved to their current forum if one is in progress or to a forum that the topic relates to. If no interest is shown it may be deleted.
