Good afternoon! Been out since Friday around 4, way too much going on and still can't seem to get everything on my "To Do" list accomplished...it's that time of year, I guess.
I take we it are still waiting on warrants to be unsealed? Any hints as to what we might expect to learn?
Finally got caught up on the weekend posts and so far for today...out of breath from running through them! :D

hi everybody! good to see all of you checking back in here. I was beginning to hear an echo! Yes, we are hopefully going to get some news today on these unsealed documents... no idea what they will contain...

I keep refreshing the screen every few minutes then go back to "work" on the computer ~ just waiting for news on the warrants! :)

FYI, there's an interesting new thread on this site titled "Would I tell on my wife" seems the male posters don't think their wives would turn them into LE if they were in Christina's shoes either, however the female posters mostly state they would. Capt. Sutherland posted also stating he didn't believe his own wife would turn him in. Hummmm Very interesting. BBL.

Thanks, Lynn, for coming through as usual!
I don't know about anybody else, but I'm feeling kinda "big deal" over this information. Kinda figured that was all being asked for by LE, so unless I'm not digging deep enough, this just seems like another letdown in terms of information.
JMO of course, and I do appreciate Lynn providing the link for us.

It is kinda disappointing Marcia3. To me it seems like LE is attempting to show the public that they had been looking into phone records, e-mails etc. prior to CALs capture or prior to them receiving a information from someone else that these two had been communicating. Most people with common sense would already know that the LE was already looking into this.

That is what the LE is saying their belief is, that she was killed on the 14th. I personally don't think it happened on the 14th, or at least not before 7:00 p.m.

with her household income cut by more than 50% it wouldn't surprise me if she got a second job after he left. unless that's where Tyler Emrick works now that he's out of the Corps. I am now craving a meatball sub. JMO (except the last part, that's FACT)

But her income wouldn't have been cut by 50% on 12/15?
However, if she was still a reservist on 12/14 she could have been working a job someplace else. In fact, I think that was "rumored" early on.
Oh, did you notice on Lindell's latest pics there's a For Sale sign in front of the Laurean house?
I do think it odd that Cesar just knows all these phone numbers and email addresses off the top of his head. But at the risk of someone saying they've memorized the phone book, I'll just say it's my opinion.

She was a reservist, but working full time on base.
The house for sale is the house next door to laurean's.
And you could find the number online for Subway. Or she could have emailed it to him.

Subway doesn't normally make their schedules a month in advance. The schedules are done for one week at the time.
This isn't my opinion, that came directly from my sister who is an assistant manager at a local Subway.

From the time he left until the call was made to the Subway. He had to have prior knowledge, I would think, that the person he wanted to talk to would be working there at that particular time.
Can't be walking from the avocado grove all the way into town for nothing, could he?
On another note, I'm not so sure these IP addresses are either Amber's, Christina's, or Cesar's at the internet cafe. Remember a couple of weeks ago when JDNews said they turned over a list of IP addresses for people posting (and reading) on their board? Maybe someone posted something on there that was......let's just say wierd? LE is wanting subscriber information, they would already know the subscriber if it were the Emricks or Christina Laurean.

LE was most likely pinpointing the area from which the call originated and other than seeing how long each call lasted.
How about the cell phone from Denver? The paperwork says checking phone records for a Verizon cell phone number based out of Denver.

But how did he get a Denver area code/phone if he purchased one on his way out of Dodge? Denver area codes are 303, not 910, 919, 704 or 828.

Mitzy says it could have been activated online by giving an address.
According to the article on witntv, it said "phone records for a Verizon cell phone number based out of Denver, Colorado."
http://www.witntv.com/home/headlines/17979514.html
So it's a phone number.

This is sooo off the line of discussion but...
I was reading some posts over the weekend and it all related to the painting of the garage.
Seems some are of the belief that there was only a small square painted in the garage .
I am of the opinion, and have been since I first saw the pictures, that the rectangle like area shown was an unpainted area. It just appeared to me that those storage tubs were against the wall and painted around.
It matters not one iota. I just haven't typed here in so long I wanted to do it :D

I remember SB saying something like that too, and I do know the report of the buddies was discussed quite a bit after CL took of on Jan. 11 and that helped confirm the possibility he was in Mexico. I do think it ironic he was planning and yet managed to be broke when he was arrested after being down there 3 mo. Maybe too much time spent at the Internet cafe! :)
