She didn't turn this information in that she was communicating with him........the FBI must have gotten a tip that she was and that is when they went in with a SW and seized her computer and diaries and no telling what else.

I just don't believe that though. If so she could have just turned in the computer. It shows they took whatever they thought was pertinent and that included her personal diary. She only gave those up because she had no choice imo.

I think she felt helpless she couldn't send him any funds. I really think she very much still loves the guy. It is probably a very sad time for her tonight.

I think LE have had enough of a good hunch or instinct or reason to believe she wasn't going to just go on with her life. I think they knew that if she was left unencumbered, she would eventually contact him or he would contact her.

Now the question is - since they were in contact via computer - was that plan worked out before he left? If not, how did he know how to contact her? If we find out he just sent her an email to a usual address, then I will be floored to realize just how incredibly stooooopid the both of them are. (of course, if they are, I'm grateful, since it led to his capture)

Maybe Christina will be charged with loving her husband to much. Now she will probably have to make up her mind to testify against him or be charged with something. She is in a very bad spot and it is hard for her to get her feelings under control.

It sounds like they didnt find any evidence that wife helped him.
Thats why I asked is it a crime to talk to a fugitive or know where one is and not tell. Using "would" in that last sentence is what has me wondering that they dont have anything on her....yet!

I would think at the very least she could be held on aiding a fugitive. It may be a stretch, but she was in contact with him and withheld the info from LE

It is going to tear her up to testify against him but if she doesn't she is setting herself up for the fall. She refuses to testify against her husband which by law she can..... then she will be charged with something herself. That is when they will turn up the heat.

They want her to testify against him so I think even if they have something they will make a deal. None of this means she was involved in the murder or cover up.

It is very possible that she was on the computer with a message program open and he contacted her that way, and that there was no pre- planning involved.

I think before we crucify her we should wait and hear what LE has to say tomorrow.
We just don't know all the facts- for all we know she notified LE about the contact and LE preceded with due diligence so the computer evidence couldn't be thrown out later on.

(if it was he sisters computer Christina couldn't just turn it over)

As for her still loving him, I don't understand how people can honestly believe that the love you feel for someone just goes away when they do something horrible. It is the fact that love remains that causes pain. He is still after all her child's father.

Why woulden't he hide in plain sight, he sure enough buried Maria in his own back yard. I hope they had him surrounded with no way out. This contacting him 2 weeks ago trying to deal is a puzzelment though. What kind of deal. I don't trust MX government, just a feeling.
