Watching Nancy Grace right now and it was just reported that the 3rd wife did NOT have a will and Stacey asked for a divorce just before she disappeared.

I believe the lawyer Stacy contacted, twice, the week before she went missing said as far as he knew, Stacy did not have a will. Stacy was wife #4.
DP's 3rd wife, Kathleen, supposedly had a will that two of DP's friends witnessed when Kathleen was living, and everything went to DP, Chris, & Tom. Are the 2 friends now saying they lied?

I guess Kathleen's attorney said she did not have a will.

I guess that's what P'd him off...
I personally don't think he did any of this for insurance money or inheritance... just because they didn't dance to his tune, IMO. IIRC, he said he "controlled" his family...

I think DP killed Kathleen for insurance money and other assets. I think DP killed Stacy to keep her quiet. She was his alibi the night Kathleen died and Stacy had now decided to tell all, and divorce DP and take his a** to the cleaners.

Fair enough... I hadn't gone that far in my thoughts, but your scenario is as reasonable as the best.
It's certainly interesting that Stacy knew and was going to tell about Drew and Kathleen's business.

Yea, it is. You know, if Stacy was DP's alibi for the night Kathleen died and now we know that Stacy has told 1 or 2 people that DP was not at home that night and she called him repeatedly with no answer, it looks like phone records could be checked and that would burst her alibi for him.

ITA, Tagalong! Sometimes I think we tend to over analyze DP -- the motives are more than obvious IMO.

I really need to think about this one.
Do I have a friend that I liked so much OR I owed that much I would forge my name to a will?
I would NOT do anything like that for a friend jus because they are my bud. But, I think if I was in trouble or someone held something over my head, I may have to do something like that.
I think that if we find out the will signers have some serious issues that the will may be forged.
Does anyone know if DP's partner retired from BBPD or did he get fired?

Oh, I DO hope so! IMO, that guy got away with double murder and he's lording it all over the place as though he's untouchable, throwing insults at both victims' families with every smirk he aims at the cameras, IMO.
He's a very nasty piece of work, IMO.

By 'partner' do you mean .... ? the person who ... ?
BTW: I agree with you that DP's motive for possibly killing Kathleen may have been in$urance and eliminating any alimony/child $upport payments, etc. and with Stacy's disappearance it was to shut her up (she was his 'alibi' and now wanted out of the marriage).

I agree completely. I don't dought for a minute that Drewpy wrote up the will and I don't believe that the witnesses where present when Kathleen signed it. (Happened in my fathers will, we don't even believe it's HIS signature) Drewpy had mega bucks to loose if the property division was carried out. Remember they had gotten the divorce decree, BUT, they had yet to settle the assets. This fact has always been unsettling to me.
Someone mentioned that Drewpy's first 3 wives were divorced because Drewpy was in charge and filed. I have never heard WHO filed against WHO first. From the interviews that I saw with Drewpy's second wife, It sounds like she was terrified of Drewpy. That doesn't sound like HE filed against her but rather visa versa..... JMHO

I don't know if Stacy had a will and since she isn't dead it wouldn't matter in Drewpy's WORLD. BUT there is NO reason why Drewpy couldn't move and RENT the house out. He's and idiot! IMHO :D
ETA: Drewpy didn't think this one out, like he did for Kathleen. He has to wait 7 years to have Stacy proclaimed dead. hee hee OOPS ! ! ! !

I think his trouble started when he tried the second time what he thought he got away with the first time. It's the second time that got the first case re-opened, re-examined and reclassified as homicide...
If he hadn't tried the second, the first would most probably never have been questioned. I call it Karma, but any other expression would do. Like he shot himself in the foot, tried it on once too often, got too cocky, thought he was invincible, hey - I'm a cop! no-one could possibly suspect me, etc.
IMO, he's just starting to understand how wrong he was.

To be honest I don't THINK this egomaniac can see his nose to spite his face. What I don't understand Is WHY Drewpy and Brodski don't STFU
Karma Sucks Drew. It's ready to bit you in the A$$

Oh, don't ask them to do that! With every word and deed they get deeper in, IMO.
As to your other sentiment, ITA, big time!

hee hee OHHHH I want drepwy and Brodsky to talk to the world every day.... Just can't understand why Brodsky doesn't put the hammer on Drewpy like other "POI"'s lawyers have done. I guess that Brodsky is buying the carp the Drewpy is slinging AND thinking he will be the NEXT BIG defense lawyer (lawyer to the stars) kinda thing :D
