Family Searches For Missing Man

The family of Nicholas Francisco has not seen or heard of him since Wednesday when he vanished. Family and friends have been searching the area near his work since then.

I am so tired of people not having the facts straight. So here i will list all the facts.

*Nicholas went missing 2/13/08
*I spoke to him at 6PM
*He had to sign off on a project at work
*A co-worker saw him leave the building at 6:10PM - he never said he was going to safeway that was speculation on the co-workers part.
*His cell phone battery was dead all day, confirmed by co-workers
*He was going to costco in tukwila to get a bag of organic sugar
*He is not believed by police to ever have made it to costco
*His car was found monday 2/18 at a condo complex in Federal Way, 30 min south of our home.
*His cell phone is his phone but got a discount through work.
*he always carries his laptop with him in a gray sleeve and then puts that into his orange and gray messenger bag.
*police have not walked away from the case at all. there is no evidence pointing to him running off or of foul play so they will keep looking.
*he did not have any credit cards on him and there is no activity on his email or bank accounts
*the paypal account is for his business and there was no money missing. he just didn’t make near as much as he usually does.
*we used to own a jeep wrangler but not anymore.
*He was NEVER seen at a public storage. the original lead was mis-told the media. the truth is someone at the public storage saw a car drive by that looked like his.

so if the info isn’t listed on here then it just is a rumor and should be treated as such.

As most of you know my husband and our kids’ father, Nicholas Francisco, has been missing since Feb 13, 2008. He was last seen by a co-worker at 6:10PM. He last spoke to me that day at 6PM. We are still searching for him. We have to find him and will not stop searching until we do find him.

Hi, I am a member of an Internet discussion board called "In Session" that has been following the case of Nicholas Francisco, missing since Feb 13. Several members of this discussion board are planning on doing a nationwide media blitz in the next few days, sending press releases around the country regarding the case, including the Internet angle to the whole story, since that has been significant. I'm sure the Sheriff's office is aware that there is a lot of concern by many regarding the words and actions of Mrs. Francisco and her active participation on the Internet during this time too.

Some people have suggested that doing this media blitz could somehow upset his family, or that it could interfere with any law enforcement strategies now under way to try and locate Mr Francisco. If that's the case, could you please let me know, as we all share the goal of simply wanting to know what happened to him, in this very compelling case, and would not want to compromise the efforts of the King County Sheriff's Dept.

Thanks in advance for any insights and advice you can provide on how this online community of caring and concerned people can be of help in finding Nicholas.

For the record, at this point we have absolutely no evidence or other indication that his disappearance had anything to do with foul play.

Likewise, we have no proof that he disappeared voluntarily.

Thanks for your reply. I just wanted to clarify, since I'm not sure from your response, whether you think it is ok for people from around the country to be not just discussing the case online, but also contacting their local media and trying to get more coverage -- get his name, photo, etc out into more communities, etc? I'm assuming there would not be any problem with that if the case is still under investigation, but just wanted to be sure. Also if coverage on a show like Dateline NBC or 48 Hours would be useful, if we could get their attention?

Nick's laptop is still missing (that I know of)

It is a Macbook Pro 15 inch glossy. The serial number is YD6217LKVWW.
