In the first post, it says he was missing, but they already called him a "victim"... Did they suspect foul play right away?

Yes, he is, he died around January 25th, I think. No, no mention, but why the first post calls him "victim" while he was still missing, how did they know he didn't just take off? :confused:

No, looks like we will never find out.
I started looking into this case when I got to the bottom of the thread and was disappointed to see there was no answer to how he'd died. It took repeated attempts at googling, but I finally got the answer (though very short). I know I'm way behind here, but I thought there might be some who may still not know his fate. How very sad. As recent as three days ago, his mom still writes in the guest book. There is an especially poignant message by his mom on page 2, written a year after his death. This man was deeply loved.
