See their family web site for what is believe to be a recent picture of Tionda. The sisters have been missing since July 2001 but this picture surfaced in 2007. It may very well be Tionda. See the picture at www.FindTiondandDiamond.com
The recent pic is the girl in the black shirt, there are several on the site.

This is one of those cases that I thought never got enough media attention. These girls were so cute. They just disappeared. No bodys, no leads, no nothing. They very well could be still alive. I hope that is her, should be easy to trace the photo.

I do not understand why the authorities cannot track down the email and picture. I thought they could find out everything on the internet. I also don't understand how the "family's private investigator did not even know for sure the age of the older child.

I'd never heard of Tionda and Diamond Bradley, so I googled and found 2 news stories in 30 pages.

That makes me wonder..why would a kidnapper let her go to school?? Did Shawn Hornebeck or Elizabeth Smart or Shasta Groene go to school while they were missing?

No. But..these girls were taken when they were so young, maybe the abductor thought no one would recognize them. [/*]
Tionda was 10 when she was taken. Shasta was 8 when she was taken. I don't think Tionda was too young. Shawn was 11. She was in the same age range as them.

Okay, it's apparent that everyone were born in the richest suburbs where this kind of thing can't happen. In the real world, I actually registered one of my nieces here in school with nothing more than a hand written note from her mother that wasn't even notorized. In fact, while working for the county as a social worker, we issued foodstamps, cash, and medical assistance to families without even having a birth certificate. With all the charters schools starting, who knows who may have missed what. I am sure kidnappers are cleaver and are probaly the best at identity thefts. Who knows? Like I said on the other site, Shawn even called the police to report his bike stolen. I guess he wasn't in plain sight either. Oh yea of little faith. I guess if she was passed off as hispanic, the schools knows how hard it is to get medical or school records. Well, I think you have my point now. Just continue to look for them and thanks for your help.

Remember when we heard aboyt this photo? Fox news in Chicago is saying today that a forensic expert is saying that the picture is 100% definitely Tionda Bradley. Woner why they can't seem to be able to track her down from her myspace info.

This blog on a relative's Myspace page has the other two photos of the mystery teen, including the one that Kaylynn refers to above where the girl is wearing a backpack and is likely standing in front of a school building (in the middle of the page).
I think that photo should be promoted more because someone may recognize that building, which will enable investigators to zero in on not just a state and city, but on a particular school, where they can then sift through student rolls and yearbooks to find that student and determine definitively if that is Tionda or not.

I just hope with all this publicity that is doesn't cause someone to flee with her today. Like Shelkobe said, if you could locate the school, someone could go in and grab her. But I am afraid that whomever has her might try to take off.
This just makes is all more important to realize there is always hope. Never give up!

I thought the same thing. Tionda's eyebrows look pretty straight and thin, without much of an arch. The older girl has thicker brows with a noticeable arch. Tionda's come out farther than the older girl, but that could be plucking or waxing. I also think the shape of the right ear is different in each photo.

They look similar, that's true, but to say it's definitely her is premature. I don't understand her fame anyway, that drawing she did of "Baby Grace" was freakish looking - did not match the baby's features, and didn't even have child's hair. She got a really good reputation from that, because the baby was found, but I don't see her ability here. [/*]
I agree with you COMPLETELY! You took the words right out of my mouth. Jmo
