My friend from Belton, TX just notified me of this. Says the hubby is an ex felon and child molestor. Can find him at the Texas Department of Public Safety website. Foul play is suspected.

Foul Play Suspected In Disappearance Of Central Texas Woman
(July 16, 2007)—Bell County authorities suspect foul play in the disappearance of a 47-year-old Belton woman who hasn’t been seen in more than two weeks.
Carmen Garth, also known as Carmen Weller, was last seen on July 1 at her home in the 6700 block of Lanita Drive.
Her car and personal effects were left at the residence, the Bell County Sheriff’s Office said, but investigators think she did have her cell phone with her when she disappeared.
There’s no evidence that it’s been used since July 1.
Anyone with information about the woman’s whereabouts is asked to call the Bell County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division at (254) 933-5435.
